Great news from the world

Turkmenistan has accused Russia of causing an explosion on a gas pipeline by giving less than a day's notice before abruptly cutting its imports. A major pipeline for the delivery of Turkmen gas to China is currently under construction and Turkmen gas could also become the key to the success of the Nabucco pipeline, an EU-backed project designed to provide an alternative to Russian gas supplies to Europe. - Russian leaders losing control and no longer being the soul benefactor of something like this ,always ends well doesn’t it?

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has said it is to cut a further 9,000 jobs over the next two years, in a move union leaders described as "devastating".

And British Telecom has stated they are going to cut 10 000 workers.

The world could face high inflation and a “crisis after the crisis” when the global economy recovers, Peer Steinbrück, German finance minister, has warned. The comments, in a weekend interview, are the latest sign of concern from Germany at the extra-loose monetary policies conducted by central banks around the world and the ever-larger fiscal stimuli being unveiled by governments. – So when he is not nationalizing banks, he actually uses that primate brain of his…

The Dubai government raised a $635m Islamic loan on Sunday to help retire $1bn in civil aviation authority debt maturing later this month. The loan should help assuage international investor concerns about the Gulf commercial hub’s ability to attract bank funding as it looks to refinance around $15bn this year, part of the emirate’s $75bn-$80bn debt pile. Also, several british investors have raised concern over not getting paid in time. – Et tu Dubai? Et tu

Kuwait’s cabinet finally passed a $5.2bn economic stimulus package on Thursday after a dissolution of its fractious parliament allowed the government to implement the bill unopposed.

China is starting to move away from the dollar. Even selling holdings in January and February. China has roughly two-thirds of the central bank’s $1.95 trillion in foreign reserves are believed to be in American securities. With the wast printing of money in the US Chinese officials is getting more worried and consequently even selling dollar.

China’s exports, fell 41 percent during the month, the most of any of the countries shown.

The total value of exports shipped by 15 large exporters in February was nearly a third lower than in the same month of 2008 — a rate of fall much faster than anything seen in recent recessions. “World trade is falling much faster now than in 1929-30,” two economists, Barry Eichengreen of the University of California and Kevin H. O’Rourke of Trinity College in Ireland, wrote in a paper released this week titled, “A Tale of Two Depressions.”

And to the resent drop in the Baltic dry cargo index we can now add several big bankruptcies within the business. The index has dropped 96% in year and is expected to drop the coming years. As mentioned before, this is the surest sign of how the world markets are doing.

Brown & Obama starting camps – democracy in big trouble

The Obaminator
I have written several times about the planed “youth”-camps that the Obama administration is planning. Maybe to fight pirates? Anyway, they are going to force people to do “community service” and they will learn how to perform “civic duties”. At least 250 000 people are going to be forced by the totalitarian Obaminator, but this is just a start. By this bastard’s own words this is going to be an “army as strong and as well founded as the military”. I’m not making this up; it is the truth directly from the horse’s mouth. You can check out my earlier ramblings here: Nowish

One of Obama’s speeches:

There are a lot of other sources and facts about this, please read and draw your own conclusions. Check also this out:

Gordon Brown (no pun attended with that last name)
But of course this isn’t enough and of course Gordon Brown needs to follow his socialist companion’s example. BBC reported today this:

“Prime Minister Gordon Brown has pledged to ensure every young person has done 50 hours of voluntary work by the time they are 19 years old. Mr Brown said a promise to bring in compulsory community service would be a part of his next election manifesto.” BBC

This smug little fatty is totally under fire these days with ministers and campaign officers doing this or that and with the financial crisis lurking. But he still takes the time to send out a message what he wants to do; educate and form the youth. Ever heard that being said before? And another fun thing is that military officers being brought to the UK apparently gets questions how they feel about using force against their own populace. Isn’t this I cute little scenario unfolding?
--
These two socialists know this crisis is going to last for a long time; they know people sooner rather than later are going to start rioting and they know they are mainly to blame for it. What do you think they are going to do? Take it? Confess? They have weapons and they are prepared to use them. I know I sound like a conspiracy nut, I’m not, this is scary shit unfolding and you better take notes.

Democracy in serious trouble
To all this mess we can also add all the things with the Internet going on lately. I have been too occupied with the increasing socialism creeping up upon us through the disguise of bailouts, socialization of banks and growing deficits that I almost have ignored all the laws regarding Internet that is created everywhere. Of course the government cronies with their high salaries and countless employees would move stealthily also in this department. We have international agreements like ACTA that nobody except those in charge are supposed to read and know about, we have national laws that are supposed to protect us from child-pornography and horrifying evil-doers like youngster listening to music. Internet traffic is being monitored all over, spies from this or that agency is roaming around looking for “tax-avoiders” or “terrorists” and all along cries about further restrictions and more regulations is heard from politicians, cultural workers and the police.

Now we are seeing the first signs of the next stage in this plot to get rid of the free air-waves. A more frequent question being asked is: How can someone be more interested in the writings of some obscure local communists then the writings of the high and mighty in parliament? Blog-storms is a phrase (or similar ones) that is being used all over the world to describe when people from all over react together, but from different points of views, to bombard the internet with opinions and facts that make politicians and other know-it-all-people tremble. This also is being targeted by some like something “strange”; “new” and maybe even “dangerous” since the old media is getting overrun, and who is the public going to trust? The blogosphere or well educated journalists? These sorts of questions are being raised more often. And with the resent fall of one of Gordon Brown closest confidants through libertarian bloggers, several lefties is reacting, not only indignant against this sleazy trash-talker that had to resign, oh no, against the blogosphere. Not really open and directly – not yet – but still clear enough that something is wrong when “normal people” can overthrow government officials. To quote Daniel Hannan when asked why he got famous:

"How did it happen, in the absence of any media coverage? The answer is that political reporters no longer get to decide what's news. (...) Now, a thousand bloggers decide for themselves what is interesting."

This is will not do for those in power and believe me, they will find some ways to stop it. I do not expect them to burst thru my or your door and take computers by force – although I do not rule it out either and it is already happening here and there – but they will probably move sneakier. Maybe banning Internet suppliers? Laws against trashing public officials? Who knows what they will do, but it will come. If you do not already have those laws or restrictions in your country already. And when this crisis hits us even harder then today, which it will do, all this mess, all these preparations, they will be put to use. You do not form indoctrination camps, ask military if they are willing to kill their own citizen and trash the opposition, if you are not willing to use it in a real crisis.

Basically; we are screwed

See US go deeper and deeper

The complete madness of the Obaminator and his socialist idiocy neatly shown in this little video. If you didn’t reflect about how horrifyingly these dreadful policies are, maybe a more cartoon approach might make you think about things. And remember, this is just the spending; it does not take into account the interest rates on the loans or the ticking inflation bomb. While the madman toys with his new dog and is playing 'pirates', you and the rest of the world is going further down the abyss. And while he is ordering pizza in true dictatorship manor and getting it flown across the world, the crisis worsens by the minute. And please also remember, this is only the US. Add to this Australia, Europe, China, Japan and all the other crazies out there and what a fine mess we have.

New World Order again

Even Hugo Chavez, the chubby dictator from Venezuela, is nowadays talking about a ‘new world order’, joining in with his overweight counterpart in the UK, earlier US presidents and people talking about world currencies. No wonder those conspiracy theorists are getting more and more followers. This obese socialist bastard was quoted saying:

"We are creating a new world, a balanced world. A new world order, a multipolar world,"

Isn’t that nice. First the lefties create a worldwide recession in true Zimbabwe style, and then suddenly this NWO crap is being mentioned all over. I think I’m starting to believe in that conspiracy lunacy and I’m actually thinking that some of those crack-pots blaming Bilderberg-group or some Illuminati sect might have some truth behind their colorful claims. Mainly because I’m totally convinced that many of the world leaders and leading “thinkers” must know what caused this crisis and how to fix it, but instead they say and do the opposite. And if this notion is true and it also can be applied over time, there might actually be some plot behind the scenes. In either case, the socialists are gaining ground for every moment this crisis goes by with bail-outs, stimulus and increasing governments; it’s like Christmas for the malevolent and anti-human socialists groups of this world. The last time socialism took a great leap forward we got Hitler, the soviet empire, communism in China and several other fun things, I wonder what will happen this time.

- Lovegame - Lady Gaga

Apparently banned in the UK, although not because it’s a bad song, which it is, but because of to smutty lyrics and it is too sexy. I don’t get it. I can easily find lots of videos and lyrics that are much more explicit. I don’t know if I’m breaking any laws now, in that case for the first time since moving to this island, but here it is anyways:

Politicians blogs are not interesting

According a resent, not very scientific, survey it appears that high ranking officials and parliamentarians have few comments and not that many readers of their blogs. I would hardly even call this news and instead say; duh!

First of all, everyone reading a blog post will not comment on it, most of the time they don’t. Secondly who really wants to read politicians very suppressed and highly politically correct mumblings? I sometimes stop by some old friends from back when I was politically active, but I know of few other blogger who does that. Politicians need to write correctly, shortly and not say anything offensive. They cannot write emails or blog entries about what they really think on different subject because that might come back and hunt them, it might even destroy a carrier like it did for one MP recently in the UK (read more about it among my favorite blogs) Old Holdborn. Guido.
Also, for the most part, you already know what they all are writing. The right will put down the left in a nice way and celebrate their own achievement and the left does the same thing but the other way around. Never anything exciting or hardly even readable.

The only politically interesting blogs are the one who are not politically mainstream and attack or write from a different point of view. Consequently libertarians, anarcho-capitalists, communists and conspiracy buffs become much more interesting. If you read people outside the center of politics you can find lots of news that hardly ever reach Europe, you will find harsh language, you will find people writing about what is really going on in the real world and without too much politically correctness and that’s much more interesting, even if you don’t agree with what is written.
