I have been spending some time this afternoon reading the new British budget and it is really funny. Normally I would try to avoid complaining since being a guest here, but this is to idiotic to stay away from.
Not only is there lots of higher taxes (what did I tell ya) but there is also more fun things. Like the complete wastefulness of the taxpayer’s subsidizing themselves to buy a new car. “Oh, it works for the Germans”. It is just destruction of capital. If you own a perfectly good car or don’t need one, why pay tax money in order to get a new car “cheaper”? It’s complete madness.
This is fantastic: "income tax for those earning more than £150,000 to rise to 50%". Together with the rest of the budget this is a sure way of getting the last investment money to flee the country. So not only have this government completely wiped out the entire country several times over and collected a debt that might never be paid, now they are scaring off the only investment capital that might get the country going again. In addition to all this craziness they also do as socialists always does, throw money at the unproductive and lazy in order to get them dependent on the government and keep them voting for the same socialism.
But maybe the most fun about it is the tax increase on tobacco and alcohol. Especially the later will not be very popular among the British Isles. So even if there only about a year to next election, I have the same advice to the English speaking people, revolt. Labour has destroyed the country, totally. Don’t let them also destroy the only means there is climb out of this darkness. A year from now there might be nothing left to save.
I also checked the pictures of the Chancellor, Alistair Darling, and that idiot actually looks happy. On every picture I can find he has that smug crocked smile. Unbelievable.

They are bleeding us dry
As I have predicted, the central bank have lowered and lowered the Swedish interest rate until it is practically zero. This together with more money in the system have lead to higher prices on real-estate and more people borrowing in addition to wasting away their last savings in order to buy things they in reality cannot afford. Nothing strange about it and very easy to understand if you are not journalist or economist in lieg with those in charge. The worst thing about this is the next step when either prices fall like a stone or (more believable) the interest rate will go up towards 15-20%. Either way, billions will be wiped out.
So in two magnificent moves the enemy class have wiped out the last line of defence Sweden has. Firstly the government decided to spend, borrow and print. Granted not at any high level just yet, but they still decided which direction to take and any money wasted is bad enough. And then the central bank lunacy which is followed by people going out and spending all they have left. In other words practically no savings are left, there aren’t any buffers in the economy and the unemployment continues to rise. It is almost like they want the country to fail and the people to starve. When this crisis slowly but surely goes over to a depression, people will probably turn towards the lefties and their “solutions” which is the very policies that got us into this mess. And if you didn’t starve before that decision, you sure will after it.
What my birth-nation needs, like most other countries in this world, is a revolt. You can wave your hands in the air over some triumph, but next year that victory will be gone. If those in charge lower one tax, they put 3 regulations and 5 laws into place instead. And they might agree how horrid it is to restrict personal freedom, but behind closed doors they either vote the other way or plot how to circle around. For every year that passes; more laws, more restrictions and more monitoring is put into place. And every time there is a problem, more regulations or the printing of more money is the only answer. This needs to stop. But the enemy class will never give up the enormous power and dictatorship privileges they have and they will use force, both in order to enforce the laws and to protect their sorry asses. When you are starving and without a job, do not blame immigrants or some elusive ideology. It is those in charge that should be blamed. Your enemies are neither the rich or poor people nor are our enemy the market. It is those within the system, supporting it, ruling it, that is our enemies. It doesn’t matter if they call themselves left or right, they are all in support of the same planning and controlling system. This surveillance and regulation state is not only creeping into every corner of our homes, it is also the main reason for this crisis and the coming depression. The only way out of this vicious circle is to rebel; to bring in freedom, equality and objective justice in the country.

The horrifying idiot is in my radio!
I usually listen to some American 24/7 radio station without any commercial breaks. Depending which time of day it is, my mood and so on, the channel changes. This morning I was listening to Electric FM and some techno-dance thingies, but suddenly I froze. Instinctively I reach for a gun (which I don’t have) and covered a bit down by my desk. On this horrifying radio station they are playing some Obama-trance piece. This guy is creepy beyond all believe. Not only are we seeing superhero comics with this idiot as the hero, now we need to listen to his speeches in music.
The cult-worship of this socialist gives away very eerie feelings especially when camps are being built all across America that is going to contain a civilian army as large and as well founded as the regular army. And this goes on at the same time as this creepy rascist is making friends with dictators and other socialists. Really frightening stuff.

In Sweden it is now being suggested that children who have committed a crime needs more and stronger forceable actions. Families will be forced to the local social office within 48hrs and liability will be decided at the courthouse even for the very young. Having this power to frighten parents and families to do as they are told is the very essence of governmental abuse of us citizens. When are you people going to tell them that it is enough? This is your children! Are you people not even going to protect your young?

The madness continues II
So now Sweden has a “zero”-sum interest rate. The errand boys of the political class and all that is wrong in this world have taken my birth-nation closer to the edge. I wonder if it’s the depression or the Swedish government who will be the ones pushing you over?
For those who don’t really understand lowering rates means that people might borrow and spend more. In addition there is also more money in the system so prices might go up. During normal circumstances this, in it self, is a bad idea. These things should be decided on the market and not by a socialist zombie-group at some central bank. And buying things should come with production, not fictive rates and increasing money flowing in the economy. Basically everything the central bank is doing is the complete opposite of what they ought to do. And this is not normal circumstances. We are in the middle of a world wide crisis with governments everywhere printing money and borrowing like crazies which means that inflation will grow and financial bubbles will be created. So with the economy falling, unemployment growing and no end in sight; the central bank wants people to spend their last savings and that prices should increase. Don’t do it! Even if you are loosing money saving them, do not spend a dime. If you are going to buy something, buy gold, antiquities or guns. Stay away from the stock market if you are not completely sure what you are doing.
And I need to quote some bitch-monster with no clue whatsoever about economics. She is mumbling complete gibberish in one of Sweden’s newspapers today. Apparently she is the chief economist at Swedbank which is the bank that is doing worst at the moment and is probably going to be taken over by the state. This to no surprise at all with this mad woman running the show. When asked for the risk with lowering the rate she answers:
“There is no risk today. The risks appear in the future when the recovery is coming and the central bank is going to increase rates again.”
So higher inflation (prices) than normally, people spending their last savings and building in more bubbles in the economy isn’t a “risk”? Okay. How about if the “recovery” isn’t anytime soon?
Apparently this cornflake-economist doesn’t see any inflation risk either because she says:
“In the short perspective I don’t see any risk with the ‘krona’ getting weaker and that this is going to lead to increased inflation.”
Despite contradicting herself, which she apparently doesn’t realize, what the blazing fierily pits of hell does she mean by: “in the short perspective”!? Next week? When this depression hits us in a couple of months from now and people start walking around with empty eyes trying to find jobs, remind me to unearth this woman and give her a banana.
There are also some economists that are telling people to keep their rates adjustable, because it might pay off. This is of course complete madness. If you haven't had your loans put on a fixed rate before, do it now!

No need for savings, only spend spend and spend. And with these low interest rates and more money in the system the prices on real-estate is going up, when they should be going down and this is a huge warning signal, which of course very few picks up on. While his regime is stoning women, executing people for no reason what so ever and throwing money to terrorist groups, he, the camel-fellating Islamo-nut denies the holocaust, built nukes and hate Jews with a fierily passion at the same time as he calls Israel a racist state. I mean come on, hard to top that at any comedy show.

With well armed soldiers and an ominous looking Führer the Anti-pirate agency is now, supported by procecuting idiots, going to work hunting down innocent people. I’m just waiting for their variation of the floating test and that oh so funny suction device. CIA have some pointers in this regard if it is hard to get information or good education in Sweden. But I do not really get the smallish punishments. Shouldn’t there be more years? We can always let murderers like Quick and Flink out if there is hard to find rooms to hold everyone. And if there is little time for the police to help out they can always stop searching for rapists, those girls have themselves to blame anyways. And think of the possibilities of building new prisons and hiring more guards and officers! Maybe we can stop the unemployment from going up?

People are helpless against these mercenaries but I hope someone stands up for their human rights and fight back. Age have very little impact
Some youthful mugger wannabes is trying to cry a bit in one of Sweden’s biggest papers today. Claiming that youthfulness matter in regard to the coming EU election. The Swedish electoral system with political parties lists means, in reality, also regarding EU, that it’s the party that decides who is going to end up on the lists the voters can vote on (you vote for the entire package). This also means that those who ends up on the lists needs to be suck-ups, politically correct and for the most part they need to follow orders. If not, they will get stricken from the list next time or end up with some “scandal” that suddenly hits the papers. In other words age have very little impact other then maybe getting some younger votes. Sure there might be some difference in perspective and in the long run the younger candidates might change some minor detail, but that’s hardly even semantics.

The Hacker’s - our best citizens
In the US The Homeland Security Department is seeking people who could "think like the bad guy." Apparently they are putting out ads looking for “hackers” to improve their ill equipped and easily penetrated computer defenses. This got me thinking about these “hackers” and how they ought to be the world’s nicest and most ethically correct group. I mean, think about it. If some or several of these guys could move all central bank money to an off-shore account, fire up some nuclear missiles, empty all information in the union’s computers or change websites to their will, why don’t they? I would and so would most of you, just admit it, well, maybe not the nuclear thing, but sure as hell, we would be stealing, snooping, changing and lurking and not just for the fun of it, no, for our own gain. I have no idea how many people around the world that is that superior with computers but I’m guessing at least 50-60. Sometimes newspapers and journalists tries to warn us about some new virus flying around the net but to my limited knowledge it seems like if some hacker really wanted to break into my computer and destroy everything, it would take seconds no matter what security I managed to conjure up, so I basically ignore those alarms.
My thinking is this; journalists and governments are just trying to use some elusive hacker as another way of scaring us to pay our taxes and listen to orders and/or the hackers are the morally high-ground of any society. Sure it happens that your computer get screwed up by some Trojan or whatever and sure it happens that some kid breaks into files at some agency, but when you really think about it, wouldn’t you do worse? As said, I know I would.
My thinking is this; journalists and governments are just trying to use some elusive hacker as another way of scaring us to pay our taxes and listen to orders and/or the hackers are the morally high-ground of any society. WWF scam? Let’s kill some Tigers
Apparently Tiger is going extinct according to World Wildlife Foundation (WWF). In a couple of Swedish newspapers they have ads asking for help and for humans to “adopt” one of these murderess creatures. Let’s put aside all the money those ads most cost and the complete idiocy of playing God and not letting these man-killers go away. Instead let’s take a look at the scam itself. If you click on one of those Swedish ads they are merely asking for your donation but according the site only 3500 tigers are left in the world. Interesting enough, visiting the English equivalent they are talking about 5000-7000 tigers left, both talking about wild tigers, so there is no real misunderstanding. And checking around the numbers goes up or down depending on which site you are on, but not a single one is lower than 5000, so what are they doing? A scam? No way… not WWF… that has in no way happened before…
And while being at the English site checking how to “adopt” I noticed that they offer you gifts depending on how much you give. At the lowest level of $25 you get a photo of one killer together with an ‘adoption certification’. At the highest $250 you get a Framed Certificate with a Photo together with some Giant Plush. It does not however tell you if you can get a picture of some slaughtered victim torn into pieces. I do think a young girl around 6 years half eaten would go great with that Giant Plush, but that’s just me.
What we should be doing is of course kill them off. I see no point whatsoever keeping these creatures around other than for our amusement. They are kind of pretty and on the prowl hunting for some humans they are beautiful. And locking some animals up in a closed space so we can watch them do nothing is also kind of entertaining. But just keeping some useless animal around for our amusement isn’t really nice, so let’s kill them instead.

The nastiest "democratic" government is?
I have been thinking about this topic for some time now and it is actually really hard since all countries are different, cultures vary and different decades have each their challenges and hardships.
What I’m getting at is the next poll I’m having. It is about the worst government in history. Since there are a lot of them, I need to have some kind of censorship. Consequently this is only about the “democratic” ones. Basically the last 100 years or so of “democratic” governments which rules out the really horrifying ones.
I really wanted a Swedish government on this list, but even though they all have been terrible, none of them really scales the heights of the others. We Swedes have had a more equally bad idiocy over time, but never really anything as bad as the four choices below. The social democrats that more or less have ruled Sweden for 90years have been horrid in many ways, but they also manage to keep most things working. Slowly but surely the ever increasing socialism have been terrible and has turned my home country into a dark pit of stupidity, but the Swedish “democratic” left never abandoned democracy. I almost included the WW II government for giving in to Hitler, but in many other ways that government was one of the better ones. The only Swedish Government close to make it to this list, despite being economically sound and not so bad in other ways, is the current government. This because of all the creepy laws of surveillance and fascism they are throwing around and they still have some way to go so they might end up here in the future.
These to me are the four worst ones, I might have left someone out but this is a subject list, if you do not like it, don’t vote and get the hell away from here or leave your mark and tell me how stupid I am.

A couple of years from now, this guy and his Marxists followers would win this with a landslide. Although not primarily responsible for the dire predicament US is in, they are doing everything they can to worsen the situation. Going 890mp/h towards communism and a debt beyond all belief they really should win this, but as said, not really in the game just yet which makes it hard to make a real judgment. There are a lot of rumors floating around about banning of Obama-negative books, creating of “jugend” clubs and so on. We shall see were all this leads to, but just looking at what we really know; the economics of these complete morons earns them a dung smelling spot among the other candidates.

Filled with pretty much the worst scum of the universe and with a current leader that would probably win this contest if it was about ugliest Prime Minister, it is hard not to feel disgust and contempt for this bunch. They have also ruined an entire nation like hardly anyone ever has done before. If I was British my vote would certainly go here, but in comparison with the others maybe not?

It is hard to calculate how many people suffered and died because of the “new deal”, but the staggering idiocy of this government should have earn them a Nobel peace prize. And this was really the first big step towards Americas decline, besides a couple of years here and there, it has been downhill since these maniacs. Many historians (Keynesian socialists) believe that Roosevelt actually saved America, which is the worst kind of leftie revisionism you can find. Only Iranian dictators and skin-heads ignoring the holocaust plus communists ignoring the Gulag and Pol-Pot’s funnies can top that kind of madness. Without a doubt this government is one of “democratic” history’s worst murderers and if it wasn’t for the pretty good way they handled WW II this government should almost win this, but is it enough to top this list?

Yes, Hitler was elected. People voted for socialist scumbags back then to, just as they do today. History never seems to learn us anything. But this is mainly for the first couple of years (the really legal ones) after that it is hard to put a democratic stamp on these guys, so try to ignore the World War and instead focused on the more domestic policies. Even if some strange people thinks that Hitler did some good at the start, it is hard to see how doubling taxes, collectivizing and monitoring all German citizen with an apparatus that can only be compared to ACTA, IPRED and similar fascist stuff that is going on today, as doing a good thing. He also manipulated the German currency in order to “hide” the growing debt with the long term solution of using other countries Gold and assets to pay for it later. We all know what this eventually got us, but try to set that aside and look at the more “democratic” years. Sure they might be regarded as evil incarnated, but as bad as the rest of the idiots on this list? In all fairness to the others, these ones should win, but maybe not if we are only looking at what they did inside Germany?

One kidnapped boy has been found again. Apparently there are some problems with authorities in Guatemala not wanting to release the boy. Not really a big surprise there. But couldn’t they have just fed the kidnapper to some anaconda and let the mother get going already? Seems kind of strange the whole deal…
Don’t get carried away – why vote pirate?
After the first trial against the Piratebay people their equivalent political party has gotten thousands of new members and if the trend holds, they will most likely claim a couple of seats at the European Parliament at the coming election.
Although I would love to see some rebellious forces at the heart of all that is evil, it is still very hard to see the point. A political party rallied around a couple of issues is going to be ignored and overrun by the shroud and savvy masterminds that reside in Brussels and Strasbourg. And how will they form allies? Will they vote with EPP? PEL? What is their position in environmental issues? Healthcare? Agriculture? Or the EU for that matter? Today they draw strength from being loose on policies and gaining members from all directions, this will not and cannot last.
It might sound fine fighting the good fight and getting youngsters to enroll for once, but if this confidence and temporarily up-swing is not used properly, only a hang-over will remain after a year or two. Some people actually seem to think that pirates in the EU parliament will make a difference, which is nonsense. And getting thousands of new members that need only to do a couple of clicks after a political high-profile trial is one thing, getting all those and many more to vote is something else.
I have no real insight about the pirate party’s active list or how good politicians they are, but from my standpoint it seems to be very few that actually knows the realities of the political sphere. And people in general are more concerned about unemployment, financial policies and the environment than anything else. When journalists really starts to ask questions and the harsh reality of being in the lime-light comes down over these pirates and the current hype from the trial has died out, how will they manage then? Not very good I would say.
The Pirate Party wants to fundamentally reform copyright law, get rid of the patent system, and ensure that citizens' rights to privacy are respected. With this agenda, and only this, we are making a bid for representation in the European and Swedish parliaments.

What they need are at least a couple of more standpoints. To make a decision on more issues. Not necessarily every single one, but some of the mentioned or other things that might affect how the party is seen and then let each member use their own heads on other topics. Or is the plan to ignore voting on every other issue then the ones they have a standpoint on? If that’s the case, a vote for the pirates is a complete waste. What I’m concerned about is that I see a great risk that these guys will turn into another socialist complain group voting with tree-huggers and communists on many issues. And as long as that is a risk, I would neither vote for nor support them.

More criminal acts courtesy of politicians
Politicians commit several crimes each day in accordance to the resent PirateBay verdict. Elected gangsters are promoting several things they know is being used to commit crimes. For example: roads, cars, schools and computers. But perhaps the worst thing politicians do is creating and supporting mafia organizations. One such example is the consequence of anti-drug policies. The demand for drugs doesn’t really change, no matter what, but thanks to the illegality drugs are a lot more expensive which equals high profit. Hence every law that prohibits drugs is attached with a “thank you”-note from the mafia. Most governments on this planet have also outlawed self-defense. A store owner protecting his store against a mugger might actually be considered being a bigger criminal then the one committing the robbery. If the poor robber gets hurt by the store owner the later might find himself in jail, probably even longer than the robber. The worst thing government does however, in regard to self-defense, is to outlaw means of protection, like guns. Hard working law-abiding citizen will be sentenced with very harsh penalties for owning and carrying guns. The mafia however doesn’t care and thanks to riches gained from selling narcotics they can buy lots of guns.
But politicians need to show us how correct this system is so in steps the governments’ armed thugs to stop the mafia. Sometimes these uniformed stooges manage to catch one or two kingpins and parade them in front of cameras. The fact that those caught have been replaces already during capture and nothing has changed is a Schuss-factor.
So the government supports the mafia with the means of getting rich and they make ordinary unarmed citizen helpless against the well armed mafia. The government then makes a few phony arrests that don’t change anything and the people have the joy of paying for it all. If this isn’t criminal behavior it is hard to see what is. In other words what we should be doing is to free the PirateBay boys and lock up all politicians.

Breaking the law
Today I sent an email to a friend of mine and it contained a picture with copyright protection. Immediately afterwards I felt a bit ashamed using a criminal function provided by Google and now I’m contemplating pressing charges against Google for letting people use their email in order to do crimes. Then I went to a well visited Swedish football-site and I did see a racist remark from one other visitor, so now I’m thinking this site and the owners should be trialed for racism and consequently I’m going to turn them in too. I have also visited other unlawful sites like Yahoo, YouTube, Facebook, and Lunarstorm. All own and run by horrifying criminals not yet prosecuted. But maybe the biggest criminals and the ones who really should be locked up are those darned internet providers. I mean pretty much every site, person and institution using Internet is committing crimes according to the Swedish justice system, but in reality, who provides the means to do so? The Internet provider does. The fact is that pedophiles, terrorists and snuff-movie makers are using the Internet in order to plan and commit crimes. Why aren’t this handled in an appropriate manor? And aren’t the lawmakers committing a crime themselves for letting this go on unchecked? Why haven’t they closed down the Internet?

The only thing they know how to do...
The only thing government has at their arsenal is force. That’s the only thing keeping us from rebellion, the only thing keeping us from saying “no”. But it is a powerful force, a tool often used and even more often imposed as a way of keeping us away. How many people, how many companies, how many of us are there really that would stand up against the musket? The flame that comes from the rifle and the power that comes with the bullet and the strength that hangs over the very fabric of politics isn’t something to take lightly. I admit, I’m too much of a coward to stand up for what I really believe in. I am. A coward. That’s not easy to say or write. I know they would hurt me, jail me and maybe even kill me and I’m not going to waste my life. That’s the way of the government, any of them. They do not know any other way. Anyone that ever tried has faced the same consequence.
I’m not saying that the state is always wrong; I’m saying that the state shouldn’t have this power in their hand without very strong restrictions. Or to phrase a movie:
“The people shouldn’t fear the government; the government should fear the people.”

Welcome to the ’Dark’ side
I’m pretty much in ecstatic mood today. The Piratebay boys got convicted and the government and some cronies at the courthouse have shown an entire generation how things really work. In a country with objective courthouses with objective laws this ruling would never happen, but instead we have the collectivist solution with politicians making ruling in every trial. “Democracy” how it works when politicians get to decide over our lives.
You shouldn’t really blame the entertainment industry or their thugs; they are just taking advantage of highly bribeable politicians. As long as we have a society were things can change on a whim or according to what is either popular or who pays the most, this will always happen. In essence you shouldn’t even blame politicians; it is the system that is wrong. A biased government with subjective laws under pressure from subjective forces will sway or adjust decision according to opportunism and populism, always. In contradiction to this there is only one ideology and one idea promotes objectivism; and that is libertarianism. I know there is a lot of communists and socialists crying today, but those people have nothing against today’s system, in fact they would rather strengthen it.
But whatever your ideology, whatever your feelings are regarding file-sharing and whatever you think of these Piratebay people, you need to regard this trial and ruling as a travesty. There is no law whatsoever supporting this ruling and if there was one, then we are all criminals. Every company, every blogger, every politicians, everyone. We are all guilty committing crimes according to this ruling. You need to read about Stalin’ comedic “trials” he put up to convict innocent people in order to find anything this ridiculous. And this is fantastically great! We have not only seen a theatre, a spectacle and a very funny ruling, we have also seen, in one stroke, something that has done more for liberty in Sweden that anything else I can think off. Almost an entire generation have gone over to the “dark” side of the force, starting to mistrust laws and political institutions. Now we can hope these people also realize the consequence of this mistrust and take the next logical step over to liberty, equality and justice. One step is missing in order to finalize former gullible people’s transformation into true believers of a free world.

Martyr’s created - worsening the crisis is the consequence
Once again I got it right. The four accused in the Piratebay trials were found guilty today sentenced to pay damages kr30 million and apparently also imprisonment for 1 year. This is no surprise whatsoever since the “judges” are politicians appointed by their political parties and the outside pressure from other countries and ‘big business’ is tremendously high. With that in mind you need to be very trusting in the system or highly stupid not seeing this coming.
Now of course there will be an appeal and at the next court level there is real Judges making the ruling with competence and they are not under the same pressure, so any prediction of the outcome is more elusive. Most likely reduced sentences with no imprisonment will be the outcome. These guys should of course be acquitted, but that’s probably not going to happen.
The interesting thing about this is the logical consequent. What the Piratebay people have done is to provide a meeting place, a market, for “illegal” file sharing over Internet. It is very hard to see any crime in this, even if they did know (which they did) that this could be used for “illegal” activities, they are still not really the “immoral” ones. And IF they are, the implications are staggeringly bad for the government. Governments know that people get killed on the highway, still they build them. Politicians know that people fight, riot and get killed on public squares, they still build them. And how many crimes are not planed or even carried out on communities like Facebook and Lunarstorm? But it does not stop there; regular business or even political parties plan and execute illegal actions in their forums online. I can go on for a long time but it should be very obvious that in a world with justice and fairness all people and institutions building any kind of meeting place that can be and is used for crime, should also stand trial for the same "crime". This will never happen of course since this is a political trial aimed at making an example and has nothing to do with justice. Instead of justice we now get a bunch of young men that will serve as martyrs for a very long time. And this is the positive outcome. Tens of thousands of people of all ages, mostly of the younger generation, will loose trust in government and the law, which is great. To all of those people I say: welcome to the “dark” side!
But in economical terms, this outcome and eventual future convictions also have implications. Without a doubt this will mean that Sweden it’s going to loose the position as the number one Internet nation. Fewer businesses will start and many more entrepreneurs will loose the will of expanding their technical skills. And this at a time when older industries are failing and the looming crisis(soon to be depression) is hanging over us. If we look at single sets of laws – the ones being enforced now regarding technology – they are the craziest and most fascist even seen in Sweden’s entire history. Nothing can even be compared to this. Thanks to the current idiotic government future generations of elected criminals will have the perfect weapon to use for controlling, impeach and monitor the populace. And we all know what usually happens during depressions when people are starving, no jobs exist and there is no hope in sight. Those funny men with hysterical solutions for a hysterical people will emerge and with these tools in their hands… wow…
Now of course there will be an appeal and at the next court level there is real Judges making the ruling with competence and they are not under the same pressure, so any prediction of the outcome is more elusive. Most likely reduced sentences with no imprisonment will be the outcome. These guys should of course be acquitted, but that’s probably not going to happen.
The interesting thing about this is the logical consequent. What the Piratebay people have done is to provide a meeting place, a market, for “illegal” file sharing over Internet. It is very hard to see any crime in this, even if they did know (which they did) that this could be used for “illegal” activities, they are still not really the “immoral” ones. And IF they are, the implications are staggeringly bad for the government. Governments know that people get killed on the highway, still they build them. Politicians know that people fight, riot and get killed on public squares, they still build them. And how many crimes are not planed or even carried out on communities like Facebook and Lunarstorm? But it does not stop there; regular business or even political parties plan and execute illegal actions in their forums online. I can go on for a long time but it should be very obvious that in a world with justice and fairness all people and institutions building any kind of meeting place that can be and is used for crime, should also stand trial for the same "crime". This will never happen of course since this is a political trial aimed at making an example and has nothing to do with justice. Instead of justice we now get a bunch of young men that will serve as martyrs for a very long time. And this is the positive outcome. Tens of thousands of people of all ages, mostly of the younger generation, will loose trust in government and the law, which is great. To all of those people I say: welcome to the “dark” side!
But in economical terms, this outcome and eventual future convictions also have implications. Without a doubt this will mean that Sweden it’s going to loose the position as the number one Internet nation. Fewer businesses will start and many more entrepreneurs will loose the will of expanding their technical skills. And this at a time when older industries are failing and the looming crisis(soon to be depression) is hanging over us. If we look at single sets of laws – the ones being enforced now regarding technology – they are the craziest and most fascist even seen in Sweden’s entire history. Nothing can even be compared to this. Thanks to the current idiotic government future generations of elected criminals will have the perfect weapon to use for controlling, impeach and monitor the populace. And we all know what usually happens during depressions when people are starving, no jobs exist and there is no hope in sight. Those funny men with hysterical solutions for a hysterical people will emerge and with these tools in their hands… wow…

Okay, how about these guys
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is warning that this current crisis has several striking similarities with the Great depression and they even claim that this situation in many ways is worse.
Dominique Strauss-Kahn, head of the IMF, said millions of people risk being pushed back into poverty as the economic storm ravages the most vulnerable countries. "The human consequences could be absolutely devastating. This is a truly global crisis, and nobody is escaping," he said. Telegraph
I find this kind of interesting. Finally some of the mainstream economists is telling some kind of truth and this at the same time as some journalists and several criminally insane politicians are saying they are seeing the crisis “ease off”. But of course the IMF idiots do not connect the dots and they are calling for even more stimulus madness. In other words they recognize the crisis but they want to worsen it.
The IMF said the US is at the epicentre of this crisis just as it was in the Depression, setting the two episodes apart from normal downturns. However, the risks are greater this time. "While the credit boom in the 1920s was largely specific to the US, the boom during 2004-2007 was global, with increased leverage and risk-taking in advanced economies and many emerging economies. Again they are right, but they are also missing a couple of crucial elements that will make this depression much worse than the “great” one. First of all even if we are much richer today, the economies are built on a shakier foundation in the sense that the basic production capacity is more focused on services and borrowed money today. During and after the Great Depression the production capacity was less based on borrowed money and people did not have high personal debts with credit-card debts and high mortgages. Also the service sector was minimal. But maybe the higher levels of richer are the worst thing in this case. Since our drop is that much higher, the pain will be greater.
Abrupt halts in capital flows can have "dire consequences" for emerging economies, it said. Eastern Europe has already suffered the effects, with a 17.6pc fall in industrial production in February. The endgame II
What is coming next? If the printing of money do not stop, and that is regardless of the current crisis is temporarily ”diverted” or not, the next crisis will be worse than anything previous in history. Why? Because the amount of money being put into the system today is already starting to reach Weimar proportions. And worse than that, it is happening in most countries. And EVEN worse: it is not going to stop any time soon. More bail-outs and more stimulus will mean more money in the system. They are printing like crazy and it is even easier today than 90 years ago, today all they need to do is to press some keys on the computer.

Make the choice
Most of you who reads this will not really understand, but we are at the cross-roads. A decision needs to be made and you need to make it. I didn’t start this blog because I really thought the world is going to end, that’s more of a persona, an image, but this current crisis can lead to something that, at least, gets close to what you can call apocalypse. It can because we have got ourselves so far down this road that it’s hardly any way back. And if you decide that this road paved with borrowing, newly printed money and big and even bigger government is a good thing, this is going to end very badly. Most of this worlds governments have decided to throw more printed money on this road and they are borrowing even more to get us out if this crisis. Common sense tells almost all of us that getting yourself deeper into debt by borrowing even more in combination with making more money by pressing some keyboard, is a bad idea. None of us regulars would do that to get out of debt. Still you listen and most of you even cry for more. Why?
Socialists are happy
Most of the politicians and people of this world believing in big government and collectivization are, right now, having a great time. More regulations are imposed on the market every day and governments are throwing money around like there is no tomorrow. But the thing is; there is a tomorrow. The debt needs to be paid. And if the productivity doesn’t increase significantly, the only way of paying back the debt is through higher taxes and more printing of fictive money which leads to higher inflation and yet another, even worse, crisis. The only other way is to cut costs, in other words to fire lots of nurses, social workers, police officers and so on. Since most of you don’t like that kind of policy, it won’t happen.

A lot of people are saying that this is a capitalist crisis. Nothing can be further from the truth. The real-estate market collapsing in America did so because of government’s interventions and governmental institutions making people borrowing money they couldn’t afford buying things they really couldn’t afford. In most of the western world the governments have been borrowing money to keep all of you spending, something that never would be possible if we had capitalism. And this is one of the reasons why we have a crisis. Another reason is that the government and big business have been sleeping together for a long while. Almost every restriction, every tax and every subsidizing have been in favor of big business and been devastating for smaller companies. This even most socialist agree with me on, of course they call it capitalism for some reason, it’s not. A third reason is different wars that the US and others are fighting. This cost a lot of money, both the war itself, but also rebuilding and in lesser trading. Again socialist will tell you that this is capitalism fault. But who started it? Who gains on it? Throughout history there is only one entity that ever started wars; government. How much do you think someone can gain on bombed buildings? How much profit is there in dead people? The only time investors and businesses in general might gain value on a war, is afterwards, helping rebuild. A war is the ultimate destruction machine, it destroys capital, not make it. The merchant (as collective) have never and will never win anything on wars, but a government does. In a capitalist world war wouldn’t be an issue, there are no profits and governments would be so petite that they wouldn’t have the means to start a war.
Stimulus
In Japan the government is into their 12th (depending how you count) stimulus package of staggering amounts and things are not getting better, they are getting worse. Suicide rates are going up, unemployment is rising and trade is slowing down. Still they choice to throw even more stimulus at the people. Hungary got 20 billion EURO last year in extra bail-out and they are getting poorer by the minute. And even if the stimulus packages are raining down all over right now, they are not the first ones. Even before this crisis really unfolded, several countries had similar solutions. Back then it was in order to keep things rolling, keep people spending, keep GDP up and growing. Now it is to do the same thing. Why didn’t it work back then? And why does anyone think this is going to work now? The only thing it might do is to send some chock-wave thru the economy getting people to think “that’s a lot of money”, and then they go out spending and borrowing again. That’s the only thing that all this money can do in a “positive” way. And I think you all know and realize this on some level so don’t let this trick you. It is a scam to get you to throw away your last savings, do not do it!

There is a point when this becomes impossible and that situation is kind of what got us into this mess, but they are still trying it. This time however at a scale, at a magnitude and with such staggering amounts it’s unbelievable. The total amount of all the bail-outs and stimulus in the world right now surpasses anything in history, by far. You can throw together the cost for every war in the last century and you still wouldn’t have this amount, not even close to it. And here is the plot; it is almost only borrowed and newly printed money. There is not productivity behind it, it’s not even taxes, they are borrowing and printing this money. Please understand this. It is complete madness. If you, the people, do not understand this then we are going to have what can only be described as the endgame. The last time we had this situation we got Hitler and other fun figures that started WW II. In the aftermath we got Mao, a strong Soviet Union and the cold war. This time the fall is bigger, granted, we are richer today. But that also makes it even worse. The economy is global and we are richer, which means when this crisis really hits us, it will truly be a global meltdown and the fall is so huge from our position that the consequences of the Great Depression will seem like a fan blowing in a hurricane. There are already several really horrifying parties and potential leaders waiting in the wings here and there and with this crisis their number will increase. And do you know what we have today that they didn’t have in Hitler’s time? Weapons of mass destruction.
I know I sound like those doomsday prophets that I loathe myself and I know it seems like a terrible thought, but do not kid yourselves. This can turn very ugly very soon. If you do not choice the righteous path with less of this madness and instead go for the socialist road, it is all downhill. Make your choice and hopefully you can stick it to me in the future and tell me how wrong I was.

The Swedish government presented their spring budget today and it was nothing surprising with it. It is a world crisis, the worst since the 30’s, unemployment is rising and the deficit will grow by $20 billion the coming years. The finance minister Anders Borg did however also presented a couple of socialist solutions to cushion the fall. First of all; some more billion to the local councils that cannot handle money and are as wasteful as ever. The government should of course cut back on state bail-out to local politicians, but that’s not the socialist way. In addition to this wastefulness the government also wants to increase education for unemployed people and increase the number of places at the unemployment office. This might sound good, getting educated and get help during unemployment, but everyone who ever gets in contact with those mad institutions knows it is just a big waste of time. And again it is the socialist way of handling things.
But the Swedish populace should be kind of happy over having a sort of responsible government that is not throwing away every little penny they have. Sure they are borrowing some and printing some money, but that’s nothing, not even close to what the brainless idiots in the opposition wants to do. Anders Borg is doing the right thing not wasting everything right now. The government should - of course - not waste anything and instead cut costs, reduce government and bring in some capitalism, but at least socialism in minor doses is less horrible than pure Marxism. This crisis will go on for a long time and to put every little ‘krona’ in the same big basket right now would be complete madness. Of course the left is complaining over this budget like the irresponsible monkeys they are. But if you believe in the Keynesian crap about government spending in bad times, at least have some thought behind it. This way at least the government still have some ability to act in the future, which will be necessary (if you believe in left policies). If the socialist opposition were in charge they would do everything now, and when the crisis worsen later, have nothing to do but to declare state-bankruptcy.
This socialist crisis is created by to big governments, to much interference in the market and the socialist complete idiocy of borrowing and printing money as often as possible, will last for a long time. We are in the beginning of it, not in the end as some morons would like you to believe. And so far the Swedish Government is getting kudos for standing up against the wastefulness that everyone else in the world is doing. But it is still not enough. The way to handle this crisis is to let the rates be handled on the market, cut expenditures and stop printing more money. The answer to save Sweden and the rest of the world from a full bloody depression is: capitalism. The crisis will hit no matter what, at least with the capitalist solution (that would work in opposite the socialist one) it would be shorter and the country would come out of this much more intact than the idiotic countries around the world. It is time to face it people. We have all been living on a pipe-dream hidden behind a smoke-screen. It is time to fess up, grind our teeth and dig in. We cannot live on borrowing and spending, we cannot live on bad productivity and the gigantean cost of big government. Either we do something about the growing socialism now and that will hurt, or we do it later and that would be suicide. Yes, you, the populace, are going to haft to pay for this socialist crisis and you will continue paying forever if you don’t realize the truth about things. The truth is you cannot keep spending what you don’t have, you have to produce first. You cannot magically make money, you have to produce first.

Banned from the US
So it’s finally official: “rightwing extremist” that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority is now regarded as a threat by The Department of Homeland Security and they are sending out warnings to all law enforcements officials about these terrible people.
Oh my… I’m never going to be able to get a visa for the US…

Oh stimulus, stimulus who has the best stimulus?
Is it just me or is this stimulus thingy getting ridiculous? I mean there is no secret what I’m thinking about this stimulus madness, but come on. Those stimuli are pouring down from everywhere and it’s like everything is so much about stimulus that you cannot help it being stimulated to write stimulating things about stimulus. We are going to be so over stimulated that we are going to dream about getting stimuli from someone handling the very core of the stimulated area, with stimulating gloves bought by stimuli-money gracefully handed to us from an over stimulated government pressured from other over stimulated governments to throw stimulus money everywhere. How stimulated can we get?

Another socialist experiment fails
Gordon Bajnai, the newly appointed prime minister of Hungary doesn’t have an easy task in front of him. The former Prime Minister and “former” communist, Ferenc Gyurcsany, stepped down in March partly because he couldn’t get his economic reforms supported in parliament, but also (mainly) because he was highly unpopular. Now this country face dire circumstances. Hungary is one of the European countries that have been hit hardest by current financial crisis. It barely avoided financial meltdown already during 2008 when EU, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank stepped in with a €20 billion bailout and the situation haven’t improved, rather worsened. Interesting scenario in regard to the g20 promises of trillions of dollars going to similar stupid countries. Isn’t it?
The main reason for this country being completely broke isn’t so much the financial crisis in itself, that’s rather icing on the cake. Instead the socialist have more or less abolished working.
“In a country with a population of 10 million, only 3.9 million people are working. And 1.6 million of those are on minimum wage and do not pay taxes. There are almost 3 million pensioners, of whom over 800,000 are on disability pension, meaning they retired long before the age of 65, citing often dubious health problems.” new
All this is courtesy of the government’s lavish promises and, during the better years that partly was because of foreign investments, but mainly thru borrowing. Hm, were have we heard that word before? Another fun fact is that most of the loans taken are from Austria which leaves several Austrian banks in a bit of a pickle. The Hungarian's used this money, and then some, to build social welfare nets and impose laws that made it more lucrative to not work. To this we can also add the Hungarian currency that is dropping due to inflation and less in-house productivity.
And, of course, waiting in the wings are one of those funny men who speaks of “true Hungarians” and promises millions of jobs and tax-cuts at the same time he talks about “strong government attending the need of the people”. This guy, Viktor Orbán, the leader of the biggest opposition party Fidesz, has also spoken of the struggle “true Hungarians” face against the “forces of evil”.
No one really knows how he is going to perform this magic trick with the economy, but if he fails, which he will, there are several other extremist groups willing to take over. Several of these are reported having “paramilitary fractions” eager to “keep order”.
So we have a financial crisis times two (2*socialism), a real messy political situation with numerous different extremist groups banging on the door to real power, several of which are talking about “the others” - in different forms - as a main scapegoat. Unemployment is rising (from already very high levels), debts souring, inflation growing and people are already beginning to starve and the world crisis is just starting. How many believe this is going to have a happy ending?

Natural fluctuations
The Swedish stock exchange goes up and down (mostly up at the moment) which is kind of a bad signal, but also very easy to understand. Well easy for those who not are “experts”, journalists and politicians anyways. I don’t know why it is so hard to understand. There is more money in the system, partly from some extra coming from the central bank and partly from other countries. So it is both domestic and foreign imported inflation. The situation in the world is pretty dire and even if Sweden has managed quite well so far, the uncertainly of the worlds markets reflects on a trade dependent country like Sweden. And with the crisis lurking, social welfare cases growing, unemployment rising and with the worst to come, anxious investors will seek out “sure bets” and possible those companies that might benefit from this crisis in relationship to others.
In the short term we will also see other companies that in reality are in big trouble like Sandvik - who are very dependent on trade and market fluctuations – having a bit upward spiral. This of course is only temporary and in the long run, if this crisis lasts, which it will, that’s not the sort of company you want to have your money in and this investors are aware off, consequently those stocks will go down again even if they temporarily are going up now. In addition this is most likely a minor speculative boom of the sort we have seen several times before. Even during the Great Depression there were several weeks of upward spiraling stocks and bonds, which sometimes got journalists and politicians to say “the depression is over” which it of course wasn’t and so is not today’s crisis either. If I own stocks in Sweden and had, during the last couple of months, made money of them, about now is the time to sell, maybe you can hold on to them a bit longer, but I wouldn’t. Also the Swedish average when it comes to savings is the lowest in decades while the debt quota is higher and growing (anyone seeing the connection?), which means that there are not much more money that can be put into stocks. Don’t believe me at all? Excellent. Buy more, please…
