To be fair, the one-eyed Scotsman hardly looks anyone in the straight in the face. He might throw a phone at you if he acknowledges your presence, but that’s pretty much it.
Then in Westminster Abbey during the Remembrance Day service last November he said the Prime Minister was “fidgeting and moving” during the two minute silence.
“I've got head and back injuries that put me back in hospital in a lot of pain quite regularly, so if I could do it there's no reason he couldn't," he said. "It was very rude.
Again I need to come to the Prime Mentalists rescue a bit. We’ve all heard the stories about drugs and certain ailments. Even though far from being confirmed by Downing Street, maybe, just maybe those ailments do cause a certain wobble?

Shaky warzone
The situation over in Mexico is turning towards worse for each day that passes. And I am not talking about some average earthquake. I’ve been writing about the unwinnable drug war the Mexican government started and continues to escalate for a long time now.
It is time for people of this earth (excluding government that never will acknowledge it) to realize two things; firstly that the “war against drugs” is unwinnable. It doesn’t matter how severe punishments there are for peddling drugs are or how many police officers you put into the equation, it has no barring whatsoever if you throw the military at kingpins, it will always, without exception, fail. Secondly it is the ‘war’ itself that creates the problems, not the drugs or the gangs. In effect it is the government that is at fault, not the mafia or the terrorists.
Since the Mexican government stepped up their unwinnable war close to 20,000 people have died, the costs has escalated with hundreds of billions, and now the cartels are starting to attack military installations.
Apparently coordinated attacks by dozens of gunmen took place last week targeting two army garrisons in northern Mexico. Military patrols and checkpoints have repeatedly come under fire in Tamaulipas and Nuevo Leon, where armed gangs have raised roadblocks in the middle of cities and around army bases.
Jailbreaks are now so common in Mexico that most inmates don’t expect to sit off their sentences. And entire towns are being evacuated, some voluntary, others by force by drug gangs. Yeah, you read it right. Entire communities are being told by the cartels to leave or die.
Almost every day heads from decapitated bodies are found. And things are not calming down in any way, on the contrary. More and more bloggers and independent sources are talking about a civil war, which the Mexican authorities as well as their criminal counterparts in Washington are ignoring or trying to hide.
Let’s put this in a mathematical term.

So when the Mexican government throws military at gangs, all they really do is make the profits go way up. If they lock up a couple of gangster, then profits for those outside jail go up and that’s an invitation for more people to join in.
The solution, the only sensible and actually working solution is of course to legalize drugs. If drugs were legal they would be sold at supermarkets at a fraction of the cost and scrutinized by the market. And almost every criminal organization, as well as most terrorist groups, would disappear.
This civil war in Mexico could be over tomorrow if they legalized drugs. But you see, the government doesn’t want that, not for any nice protecting of you reason, oh no, they want this war because when there’s a war going on, who do we turn to for protection? Yes, that’s right… This is also why they are fighting the war against terrorism, the war against poverty, the war against unemployment, the war against inflation. All of these things are created by government and then fought by government under the disguise of "war".
So when a quake at the magnitude of 7.2 topples buildings and shake things up a bit, it cannot hold a candle to the damage being done to the Mexican people by their government.

Is immigration at fault?
A 78-year-old woman in the southern Swedish city of Landskrona lost consciousness after she was punched in the face while trying to intervene on behalf of her 71-year-old partner who was being attacked by a man in a parking dispute. The woman later died at the hospital.
The 23-year-old main suspect is facing charges of murder and aggravated assault, but has denied the allegations.
You never know in a case like this and I don’t have the police investigation in front of me, so there is chance the guy is innocent, although not very likely when you read about the incident in papers and watch the news.
However, he is of foreign origin and has a foreign name so whether he’s innocent or not have no real barring to the uproar in the community. And, of course, the Swedish Democrats (SD) that are the made-up “right-wing racist” party, loves this. It is a crime, it is a crime against the elderly by a very sick and cowardly person and it is a crime supposedly, and most likely, committed by an immigrant.
Some genius “expert” commentator said the other day that SD is using the martyr-card to gain support. Next he will probably declare that gravity exists or that the sun is warm. But what that “expert” and many others are missing is that it’s not SDs fault, not really. They can just sit back and relax. Just send an article to a paper or sit in the morning sofa once a week, then they can lay back and let the mainstream pundits bash them into fame and parliament.
And when a story like this brake out it’s yet another open goal.
Both the government and the opposition have solemnly declared that they will never form a coalition with the “racists” and that they will cut them out as much as possible. In the meantime journalists are competing in the game of who can trash and ridicule SD the most.
What the public see in all this, those that don't react with the auto-responder permanently cranked up to 'racist-Nazi-bigot-neanderthal-thug' every time those two letters are mentioned. People who would not have dreamed of voting SD, who might otherwise have heard little to nothing of that party, are wondering what all the fuss is about. Why is the government so scared of them? Why are they so desperate to silence this small party? What do they offer that the government doesn't?
And even more so, people that actually live in reality, in the real world where immigration and refugees actually pose a problem or at least some nuisance, those people see events like this murder as something the elite does nothing about. Sure the murderer might get caught and punished, but the next incident is just around the corner.
And so it doesn’t matter if journalists find criminals within SD, which party hasn’t criminals as members? Aren’t they all criminals? What if some article or pamphlet is riddled with holes? How many of the elitists aren’t lying to us each day? Are we supposed to care more because one party gets “caught” lying but not the other one?
Let's face it; so many people are so tired of our politicians - all of them - that they would be interested in voting for any party that the nosegoblins say they shouldn't.
The establishment might as well start printing 'Vote SD' badges ready for the next election.

This is about the problem that immigration poses, what it potentially had to do with this murder and why the Swedish Democrats are gaining momentum.
Immigration means that a group of people that may look different or have a different religion are running, fleeing or just moving and might end up in your neighborhood.
The normal thing to do for these new citizens would be to learn the local language, get a job and work themselves into the society. I actually know how it is, having lived in several countries myself, it’s not always so easy. However this is seldom how it works.
To a certain degree these immigrants are to blame for being lazy idiots, but one also needs to realize that most countries have some kind of “plan” to take care of and handle the “helpless”. Often this little “plan” involves seeing all people that are not the norm as “helpless” and - of course - they need lots of welfare, support and “help” in all kinds of ways.
Never are they left alone getting the chance of trying to make it; they obviously cannot, they are “helpless”.
These “helpless” people than need to get past several obstacles on the labor market where unions and politicians have made it very hard for people to get a job. Minimum wage is one such stupidity making it much harder for the young and immigrants to get a decent job.
Many of these “helpless” people are also highly educated and have a degree in this or that. In Sweden for instance several of the crossing guards and personnel at the subway in Stockholm are former CEO’s, doctors and nurses. Not being able to get a job for what they are trained and educated for they try to earn some money within the rules.
As if it wasn’t enough being labeled “helpless” and being ignored by the labor-markets, they also, to some extent, get welfare-money and useless stupid education thingies thrown at them in addition to being driven to live among their peers out in some suburb. In other words it is not hard to see the foundation for conflicts and resentments, not mainly for the first ones arriving, they are probably just happy to have left their country/conflict or whatever, but their children ending up with the same problems and same labels will have problems. This is not an excuse for violent or lawbreaking behavior, just a fact needed to be considered into the equation.
No matter if you are Swedish, English or whatever, getting a bunch of foreign people coming to “your home country” and claiming a piece of that pie is kind of annoying. Since journalists, politicians and most economists keep claiming that there is a certain amount of money that – of course – needs to be distributed by the political system, this implies that more people living on the same pie means less all around and maybe even nil for some of the ethnic ones (horrid thought…).
The whole situation is fueled by those little things that keep bugging the hell out of even none-judgmental people; like banning the waving of the national flag or the outlawing of certain prayers or songs that might “offend” the newcomers.
In Sweden this can take absurd turns banning schoolchildren from attending church on graduation or people getting physically forced to remove the Swedish flag from their balcony. All this creates resentments and when an economic crisis, a war or something of that nature occurs; racists come out of the woodwork having a perfect little pile of animosity to dig out idiots from.
Would this old lady have been alive if it wasn’t for immigration? Perhaps. Would rape and violent crimes statistics be lower if it wasn’t for immigration? Maybe. And for many these “maybe’s” and “perhaps” is enough. And I sort of get it; it’s always easy to blame someone, even easier to blame someone with a foreign name with another religion. What I want you all to realize is that the problems that comes with immigration isn’t firstly and foremost immigrants that are to be blamed for, politicians are.
The individual should always be blamed and punished for the offence and crime he or she commits, but the foundation for many of the crimes we see and the creation of the basic animosity lies with the elitist righteous groups that rule us.
Ask yourself this; would your government take a view opposing yours and silence you, and those who would speak for you, and refuse to countenance any debate at all that would let you have a say? Would your government use lies and deceit to override anything you might want to do or say? Would your government use the law against you, demonise and punish you, encourage others to treat you as subhuman, for no other reason than they just don't like you?
Do you smoke? Drink? Drive? Are you a little on the portly side?
Can you see why the SD support is growing? It's not because people are all suddenly racist, it's not even because people are all suddenly in tune with all the policies on all the other things because they're pretty much the same policies as all the rest of them. The only real difference between SD and the social democrats is the more focus on the immigration and refugees issues.
People have seen the way the government are working on SD and they are thinking about that while they shiver outside for a smoke, while they queue in those bars for a overtaxed drink that comes with warning labels, while they hear talk about speed cameras that don't flash so you don't know whether you're fined until the letter arrives. They are reading about fat people beaten up for being fat, they are watching the information campaigns sending hateful messages against smokers, they are consoling children scared to death by the drowning puppies of the global warming religion, they are wondering why their government thinks they are all pedophiles, they are wondering why the government needs to poke around their computer and read their emails, and they are wondering why government and the elite tries to hide that a certain percentage of immigrants commits crime.
People aren't looking at the treatment of the SD and thinking 'They could do that to me'.
They are thinking 'They have done that to me'.
The elitists tell us that the SD are evil racists. Well, they've already told me I am personally evil because I use tobacco. I'm even more evil because I like a drink. I'm yet more evil because my salt and fat intake is nowhere near the recommended amounts. I'm a crazed 'global warming denier'. I will not take any vaccine. I promote capitalism and personal freedom and I, oh gosh, don’t vote. Can you find a more evil person than me?
Looking at the list of things this government calls me evil for being and doing, Satan had better watch out for his job. So when they call SD evil, I'm supposed to consider that a different type of evil or something?
I'm not going to vote SD. Too socialist, too controlling, too much as the rest of the bunch. But I'm not the only one classed as Satan's heir. There are millions out there who have been demonised far more than me. Why would they vote SD?
Why would they not?
And immigration is a problem, and it will continue to be a problem unless we take a different approach.
One thing that immediately would get rid of most animosity from inbreeds towards immigrants and diminish the laziness of all within a country, is to eliminate all kinds of welfare. If we also scrap minimum wage laws and take away all hinders that stops people from taking work and stops people from being a real part of society, then immigration stops being a problem.
Who the fuck cares if a doctor speaks English or Swedish? Just fix me up and cure me. And why the hell would anyone care if the engineer that builds the bridge is from India? Just make a good bridge damn you.
Finally we need to get rid of the politically correct righteous puppet masters that send their thugs and spin-doctors out to work whenever and whatever happens. I too find it ridiculous singing the national anthem and waving flags around, but at least that is ‘us’, our culture and a part of our history. If you ban that with some obscure reference to immigration, is it then such a surprise that immigrants become a target?

And immigration is a problem, and it will continue to be a problem unless we take a different approach.
One thing that immediately would get rid of most animosity from inbreeds towards immigrants and diminish the laziness of all within a country, is to eliminate all kinds of welfare. If we also scrap minimum wage laws and take away all hinders that stops people from taking work and stops people from being a real part of society, then immigration stops being a problem.
Who the fuck cares if a doctor speaks English or Swedish? Just fix me up and cure me. And why the hell would anyone care if the engineer that builds the bridge is from India? Just make a good bridge damn you.
Finally we need to get rid of the politically correct righteous puppet masters that send their thugs and spin-doctors out to work whenever and whatever happens. I too find it ridiculous singing the national anthem and waving flags around, but at least that is ‘us’, our culture and a part of our history. If you ban that with some obscure reference to immigration, is it then such a surprise that immigrants become a target?
This old lady getting murdered is a very sad story, but it isn’t the first one, and it won’t be the last. Sometimes it will be a blond blueeyed tall thug that do the murdering, sometimes it will be a black-haired Muslim called Abdullah. The problem is that we seldom talk about and address the problem with immigration and that this can and, at least according to SD, do cause more crimes.
Sometimes it feels like the established parties and the righteous actually want a racist party to bash, they certainly do nothing to stop them and sad events like this one will further fuel their upwards going momentum.

Zombie weekend
So it is Easter and single-celled organisms all around the world celebrate some voodoo practitioner that died a couple of thousands of years ago.
People with no brain activity whatsoever will get themselves spiked to one of those death symbols in wood. Others will put on some strange head-bonnets in order to bleed some while they waggle down the street.
Hundreds of millions have suffered, been plundered and died in the name of the spooky Jew that apparently also got up after death like a zombie created by the Umbrella Corporation. And this is a Jew and sect leader that hasn’t even been proven to have existed…
Even though I have a soft heart for someone that might be able to conjure up wine out of water, this hoax is very sad indeed. But it also has its entertaining parts. Like morons crying in front of a couple of splinters while some priest is sadomizing altar boys in the backroom or when people consume tons of chocolate in full-out gluttony while they are watching a movie that shows the ‘tragic’ death of the sect leader in question.
I have nothing against people believing in poltergeists or hocus pocus, that’s their problem. But the thing is that these duped suckers have had and still have a lot of power over people and countries. It is time to get rid of this ghost-story and to delete this “holyday” from the calendar so we can go to work.
And having spent the day reading about the Bible and how it was created I stumbled upon some new things I didn’t know.
Most I already knew from before, I did know about the church meeting in Nicosia 325 AD were some bishops voted what would be in and out of the bible. I also knew that many Gnostic texts and several pro women texts were left out, despite being very popular in their time.
In addition I also had an idea about why a bible was believed to be necessary – everyone else (Jews, Romans, Hindus etc.) seemed to have holy texts and a book filled with weirdness in order to keep the masses occupied is a good idea.
What I didn’t know was that several of the texts that made it into the bible have several different versions. So the bishops voting process 325 did not only left out the stuff that was not really to their liking, they also made a choice on which texts that had the best writings and made up the best storyline. Among other things there is an old text about Genesis were we are told the story from Eve’s perspective. A bunch of men in church cloths did not like this.
The church meeting in Nicosia also voted on if Jesus was divine or not. Before this year Jesus was not necessarily God in human form, most Christian people actually didn’t believe this. But from here on Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit was the same. Isn’t voting great?

Saturday Sci-Fi rambling
Several science-fiction writers have remarked on the fact that the writers and fans believe, or would like to believe, that human behavior is or could be ruled by reason instead or emotion. That is also a necessary premise, but not exactly accurate, for most libertarians.
For someone being outside of the middle-school mainstream probably resulted in some clashes with "authority" and could naturally lead to a healthy skepticism of the ruling class on the political playground as well as in ‘real’ life. This sort of description fits both the nerd that is often connected to Sci-Fi and the libertarian.
And so is there a correlation between loving Science fiction and libertarianism? Are most libertarians also nerds?
I’ve been studying such discussion online and my view is pretty clear. Almost everyone I’ve ever known that loves The X-files, Firefly and Star Trek have a very clear opinion on individuality versus collectivism. They may not always be hardcore libertarians, but their political persuasion is certainly always far from socialism.
Of course there are exceptions, but to me it seems like that most libertarians have a liking towards technology, inventions, fantastic tales and futurism.
I would also like to point out that even though the perception of a story, movie, book or TV-show is in eye of the beholder, I cannot help seeing clear libertarian traits in all sci-fi adventures. Those that don’t agree I usually find is seeing libertarianism as that evil capitalist thought media and our master’s tries to tell us it is, not the actual ideology.
My favorite Sci-Fi show is Firefly. Although not as entertaining as Stargate SG1 or as ‘out there’ as Star Trek, I find this show particularly interesting both from an enjoyable and a libertarian perspective.
Although the show comes with certain faults such as claiming the pyramids was built by slaves or that “The Earth that was” cannot sustain too many humans, the show, to me, seem very realistic. Probably the most realistic Sci-Fi show to date.
Only that space battles and things that goes on out there are soundless is a fresh, and factual, approach I would like to see in more of these sorts of tales. There are no sounds in space which always annoys me when, for example, looking at Star Trek battles and every laser makes a loud and clear noise.
The show was created by writer and director Joss Whedon, who is a pure genius, although not very libertarian, at least not officially. Rather an American liberal and certainly against conservative ideals (yeah, I know, who isn’t?). And it follows the adventures of the renegade crew of Serenity, a "Firefly-class" spaceship.
According to Whedon's vision, "nothing will change in the future: technology will advance, but we will still have the same political, moral, and ethical problems as today”. I certainly can agree with that statement. Also the crew are ruffians often working outside the law (that is as unjust as today) and they battle against a government out of control trying to impose people a “controlled” environment and even taking it so far as to using chemicals to subdue any aggressive and non-compliance behavior.
People seemingly wants to be left alone and only wants the government to step in to enforce the laws, but since many laws and government intrusions takes it too far the story sort of starts with a civil war, very similar to that of the US civil war that also was about control and state independence, not slavery as the popular belief says. And many moons and groups of people rather lives in 'lawlessness' than have the government come by to control them.
The show also ignores aliens and too outrageous technological advancements, which I also find very refreshing and more true to facts.
When the captain of the ship Serenity, Malcolm (Mal) Reynolds, tells his first mate Zoe that with the ship, "[We] never have to be under the heel of nobody ever again. No matter how long the arm of the Alliance might get, we’ll just get a little further." you just feel the heartbeat of libertarianism pounding away.
I mean, just listen to this:
The series’ central theme seems to concern the ineptitude of strong central government and its tendency to oppress and stifle rather than free or secure. As Mal says, "That’s what governments are for, [to] get in a man’s way."
Operating under the precepts of free trade, Mal is a principled smuggler ; while the government places barriers on trade, Mal believes the smuggling he does is honest work. As he tells a prospective client who is apprehensive about dealing with supposedly dishonest smugglers, "Seems to me there’s nothing dishonest about getting goods to people that need ’em." That philosophy extends to mud, medical supplies, and in one delightful episode, cattle.
To top it all off we have Whedon’s trademark witty and thoughtfully chosen scripts and the language is almost as fantastic, and slightly more grown-up, than that of Buffy.
So to my fellow nerds and libertarians out there, see this show. And for you that have lefties point of view should also see it as one of many tales that pretty accurately tells us about government versus individual thinking and shows what libertarianism is for many of us that actually believe in that idea.
Finally I need to say to all of you out there that once space flight becomes a reality, let’s bring all libertarians together and fly far, far away from all the wars, inflation, unemployment and poverty the rest of this planet’s inhabitants continue to spit out.

The Senegal fiasco
It's been almost a decade since Senegal's president swept to power with an election campaign slogan of change. Sound familiar? Anyway, Senegal's new 160-foot African renaissance monument as yet again triggered concerned over government mismanagement and nepotism and a towering, multimillion-dollar presidential indulgence.
The $27 million statue-project is that of a mighty Soviet-style bronze statue of a man, woman and child overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and dominates the horizon of the capital, Dakar. Built by North Koreans it is supposed to symbolize the triumph of African liberation from centuries of ignorance, intolerance and racism.
Senegal’s economy has collapsed, the education system is in a crisis, and the health system is in crisis. And yet the government is squandering public money on a huge monument that no-one really likes. Sound familiar?
In September last year, Senegal was awarded a $540 million grant from the United States as a reward for — and to encourage — good governance. Isn’t that special? How about it you Americans out there, feel proud over helping out paying for a statue that looks like this:
Muslims, of course, are protesting. The female is kind of half-naked, and presenting the human form as a sort of object of worship isn’t really a part of the Islamic faith. And from their point of view, you cannot really blame them. The statue is neither Islamic or becoming nor aesthetically African. I’m no art critic; I just see the waste of money and think that it can be put to better use. I don’t care if it is a statue of Muhammad riding a dog or of a palm tree. Still a waste.
But just to make things funnier, Abdoulaye Wade, the Senegal president, says he's entitled to 35 percent of any revenues generated from tourism from the monument.
This is almost too comical.
About 30 heads of state are set to attend the inauguration on today, and I cannot wait for some of those getting back home ordering their own set of statues.

Swedish pensioners are lucky
Income gap among Swedish pensioners has grown over the last 10 years, according to a report from Statistics Sweden.
Of course this is yelled about in media as “unfair”.
Two things here.
Firstly what is unfair about a person working harder and saving more during his/her lifetime and reek the benefits later? What it is unfair is that the gap isn’t wider.
Secondly, Swedish pensioners have their pensions covered, at least for the most part. Earlier changes in the pension system and an arrangement that makes the pension debt pretty low in comparison with other countries have seen to that. Italy, Belgium and many other EU countries have not only squandered that money, they have also borrowed on it as collateral. The pension debt in some of these countries is over 300% of GDP. This isn’t a direct problem for Sweden. However, it can become one in the near future when the mentioned countries start to default for this and other reasons.
In other words, it is time to get out of the European Union.

The Christian scam of Easter
While the Catholic Church combats accusation thrown at their priests, who in true Swedish Minister of Justice Style, have been torturing and sexually molesting children, some people are celebrating Easter.
Why you may ask? Why do we celebrate Easter?
Well, there was this guy that was born around Dec 25th, born of a virgin that was impregnated by the Holy Ghost and his birth was followed by a star in the East. He was of royal descent. The birth was adorned by 3 kings; he became a teacher at 12, was baptised at 30 and had 12 disciples. He was called the light, and the son of God, and he performed miracles, among many walking of water. When he died he was 'crucified', dead for 3 days and then resurrected.
This is of course the Egyptian ‘Sun’/sky-God Horus.
We also use the pagan sign of a cross waved around just as many other religions and astrologists was doing long before any supposed son of a carpenter walked among men.
You see the Christian religion, just as most religions, are build upon other religions that came before. Almost the entire Old Testament is stolen directly from the Sumerians and Babylon. For example the Noa Story that can be found in many stories among the tribes and cultures that existed before, and the totally fictional Moses tale (of which there is no historical or archeological evidence for) that is stolen from the Sargon-myth mixed in with Misos of Egypt who carried stone tablets with the word of God around.
Most of the symbolism, items mentioned and stories about Jesus are stolen from Egypt mythology. Or, in some cases, from Persian, Roman or Greek fairy tales.
Even the 10 commandments are taken from Egypt’s Book of the Dead. Other interesting things that most likely comes from Egypt is; Baptism, afterlife, crucifixion, Great flood, Easter, Passover, virgin birth and much, much more.
This isn’t a secret, even religious people admits that there are many similarities. This is either explained by convenient way of adapting to pagan religions in order to convert them into the “correct” religion or the claim is that God have worked his way up through the ages trying to rely the message but only with Jesus and the Christian church things actually got right.
Some also claim that there are no similarities between Jesus and Horus saying that there’s no proof of Horus being born by a virgin. Such claims are nonsense, we know such stories from Egyptian mythology and it is just idiotic to ignore it.
And if Christianity, which is the bloodiest and most oppressive religion of all time, is the correct religion you just gotto throw a lot of profanities at God.
But even this bloodlust has its explanations from devotees of the plagiarized Jesus figure. Their religion was hijacked by evil men or Satan (another stolen entity from other religions). This I find particularly funny since most of the evil stuff being done in the name of God can be found in the bible. A bible that didn’t exist before circa 325AD just as Jesus wasn’t regarded as the son of God and part of the holy trinity before that date. You know what happen then don’t you? Well, some bishops and priests came together and VOTED on those issues.
Religion in general is a fraud; and Christianity in particular is a horrible scam. Probably the second biggest scam of all time, after the totally mad idea of Manmade Global warming.
Maybe you’re supposed to respect religions, but I don’t. I can respect individuals and their faith as their conviction, but that doesn’t mean they are less stupid. People who follow the mythological figure of Jesus are morons; plain and simple.

Religion in general is a fraud; and Christianity in particular is a horrible scam. Probably the second biggest scam of all time, after the totally mad idea of Manmade Global warming.
Maybe you’re supposed to respect religions, but I don’t. I can respect individuals and their faith as their conviction, but that doesn’t mean they are less stupid. People who follow the mythological figure of Jesus are morons; plain and simple.

For the first time since 2001, Arctic Sea ice will hit the “normal” line as defined by the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) for this time of year. So March brought good news for the Polar Bears - a species that has been steadily growing for four decades. Instead of ice extent declining through March like it usually does, it continued to increase through the month and is now at the high (so far) for the year.
Me, I think it is highly stupid defining something ever changing that has been free from Ice several times and has had lots of more Ice than today as having a “normal” amount of ice. However, that’s how the paid for by big oil at NSIDC is seeing it…
But for me this is kind of strange actually. Contrary to popular belief when most of the world gets hotter, the Ice sheet in the arctics grows, not the other way around. This has to do with clouds, water vapor, and the normal state of affairs of this planet.
We’ve just had the coldest winter in the northern hemisphere in over a century and the Ice grows? I don’t know what real climatologists say about that one, but one thing is for sure, media will not pick up the story, not dooming and glooming enough.

And now, just as Scientists in the US have presented one of the most dramatic forecasts yet for the disappearance of Arctic sea ice, then the Arctic is growing. Professor Wieslaw Maslowski told an American Geophysical Union meeting the other day that previous projections had underestimated the processes now driving ice loss claiming that by 2013 Arctic summers would be ice-free.
Being kind of intoxicated I feel the need to point out that right now I could probably come up with a story like this, but it is much better when the Earth and its normal functions do it for me.
I feel this crap is getting boring. Even regular people out there is starting to see through this scam, I don’t even need to get people drunk anymore before they want to slaughter some white bears.
Al Gore and the rest can probably still make millions (billions) out of this so they will continue to perpetrate the hoax for a while yet at the same time as governments impose more restrictions and taxes that never will be lifted - not even when even the mainstream pundits have left the asylum.

The US swindle continues
According to US Labor Department the American economy added 162,000 jobs in March, the biggest burst of hiring in three years. Of course this is “great news” to Wall Street that continues to add fake ‘value’ to the stock exchange. Media is applauding and the Pick-pocket in Chief is probably celebrating.
However, this, as almost everything being told lately, is a scam.

Well, we can immediately withdraw the census workers at 48,000. Most prediction were a lot higher than that but we can assume that the 50,000 or so of these knuckleheads wasting tax dollars knocking on doors that are missing here will pop up next month…
162,000-48,000= 114,000
In reality these census types take their salary from the productive sector (taxes stolen from actual jobs) so they should be counted double, or, since they are mostly part time at least 50% i.e. 24,000 more. But let’s ignore that. The figures are horrific anyway so we can be generous.
Then we have the Birth-Death model that has added an additional 84,000 phantom jobs. This model isn’t easy to grasp. I need to admit, I don’t get it and I read about and check these things daily. It can be accurate, but it never has been before so many of those “jobs” most likely don’t exist, but let’s say many do (we are very generous today!). A reasonable assumption is probably that at least 34,000 of those don’t exist.

But the figures show other Temporary help services added 40,000 jobs in March. Since September 2009, temporary help services employment has risen by 313,000. This is usually temporary positions hired by government to do some medial task or part-time jobs soon to be gone. (And again people that get their salaries from taxes for the most part...)

The US work force consists of about 154 million and has a $15 trillion economy that apparently generated 40,000 new jobs. Wow…
There are 15+ million Americans out of work, roughly double the total before the recession began in December 2007. More Americans entered the work force last month, which prevented the increase in jobs from reducing the unemployment rate. Still at 9.7%.
However - and here comes the first fun part - according to the same government figures more Americans said they were working part-time even though they preferred full-time work. When they and discouraged workers who have given up searching for jobs are included, the "underemployment" rate ticked up to 16.9 percent from 16.8 percent.
Aha, so unemployment is actually going up? Oh, but wait, it gets better.
The number of long-term unemployed (those jobless for 27 weeks and over) in-creased by 414,000 over the month to 6.5 million. So not only is unemployment going up, those out of work for a long period of time are increasing in numbers.
Did you see that in any newspaper!?
Also, the average work week increased to 34 hours from 33.9, could be a positive sign. Most employers are likely to work current employees longer before they hire new workers. But…
…average hourly earnings fell by two cents to $22.47. That shows that high unemployment is enabling companies to hold down wages.
So people are working longer for less pay? So where those positive upwards going shopping figures come from? Well, funny enough, people are out borrowing money again from banks that are already insolvent. Isn’t that special?
But the picture isn’t complete until you understand two things. Firstly, these are government produced numbers. Independent sources point to much worse numbers.
Secondly, do you know what the American government will do next week? They will sell $82 billion in debt. This at the same time as 10 Year Tresury yields surged again. One year ago they were 2.77%. Today they are 3.92%. That is a 41% increase. Thank God there is no inflation...
Yes, okay, this isn’t as bad as it has been, but ‘good news’? Come on.

Waterboarding Easter fun!
A soldier waterboarded his four-year-old daughter because she was unable to recite her alphabet.
Joshua Tabor admitted to police he had used the CIA torture technique because he was so angry.
As his daughter 'squirmed' to get away, Tabor said he submerged her face three or four times until the water was lapping around her forehead and jawline.
Tabor, 27, who had won custody of his daughter only four weeks earlier, admitted choosing the punishment because the girl was terrified of water.
There you go, a wonderful new way of punishing children. I do hope the Minister of Justice in Sweden read this; she’ll get another idea on how to torture our young. Strapping adolescents down and taking their blood, urine and doing other marvelous tests against the child’s and the child’s parents will is great fun, but waterboarding would be better.
And if course we today learn that the US is imposing even harder restrictions for inbound travelers. Everyone going to America is now going to be screened as a potential terrorist threat.
I’ve been wondering for some time if I could visit the land of corporatism and home of the serfs. Being a libertarian, consorting with “right-wing” people and bashing the Obamination should render one or two flags. It is tornado season and I was thinking of visiting a pal in Texas to check some twisters out...

More incidents that didn’t happen
As I’ve said a couple of times now No-one in Sweden has a gun cos they are outlawed. We all know that if you outlaw something then criminals will always listen, right?
So when you read about two people getting gunned down in the middle of the town of Södertälje yesterday, it didn’t really happen.
And the two driving around in a Car that got shot, it was an illusion…
There are shootings in Sweden every single day. EVERY DAY!
Most of the time it is criminals shooting at other criminals, but not always. Families do get destroyed, homes wrecked and fear spreads.
And fear is what government wants. If we feel afraid we want government to protect us. The more afraid we are, the more laws, the more police and the more the war on crimes becomes everyone’s business.
They want us afraid and defenseless in addition to being outgunned and outnumbered. This is how they rule and this is why we don’t have gun-rights.
Isn’t it time for criminals to feel fear instead of us? Shouldn’t a rapist be wondering whether or not you’re carrying a gun? Wouldn’t it be better if government thought twice before imposing a law against an armed populace instead of doing whatever they want?

How interesting it is
I wrote a year or so ago about the Obama Youth camps and how the president is taking advantage of his predecessors enactment reinforcement of The Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education (GIVE) Act. Expanding it from 75,000 volunteers to at least 250,000. The bill also would increase education funding and establish a summer service program for students. Basically it is about wearing a uniform, have military-like education and learn how to handle crisis such as natural disasters.
To this they’ve proposed a universal civilian service for every young American. Under this plan, All Americans between the ages of eighteen and twenty-five will be asked to serve their country by going through three months of basic training, civil defense preparation and community service.
The United States leadership also wants to enlist its 3.4 million Girl Scouts in the effort to combat hurricanes, pandemics, terror attacks and other disasters. I do guess that the main idea is to have these pedocatchers helping out with debris, helping the sick, distribute food and such, but is a hurricane stricken area or fighting terrorism really the sort of place and work for young girls?
Sure, I know what you’re thinking, this is sort of a tin-foil hat explanation and you could argue that Americans have a different way of helping out in their communities then most European have. But, that doesn’t make the potential of several hundreds of thousands of trained youths with guns under the authority of Washington less scary.
And now this:
Add in the fact that habeas corpus is gone and that 380,000 regular troops have been deployed on US soil recently and it isn’t hard seeing the same thing as militia groups and conspiracy nuts see.
I do think that most of this comes with good intentions, but we all know where that paved road leads…

A year after the adoption of Sweden's fascist IPRED legislation, new figures show that file sharing is growing in popularity, internet traffic has rebounded strongly, and only a small handful of cases have been brought before the autocrats courts.
The introduction of the law, aimed at tackling file sharing by slaughtering personal privacy, strangely enough coincided with the high profile convictions of the four backers of the Pirate Bay.
On a similar note, ‘illegal’ streaming has also become more popular with a recent report from internet company Cisco confirming the rise of the technology as it eliminates the need for users to download copyrighted files and run the risk of prosecution.
Of course this is yet another failure of our masters and they will certainly not let this stand. We cannot wait for ACTA and the European Union to make its presence known. In particular the low amount of court cases and not a single prisoner as of yet are an abomination to the powers that be.
I would be very, very surprised if news like this doesn’t lead to an IPRED part IV –back with a vengeance. And that streaming thingy need to be stopped now, a new law perhaps? To no surprised it has also been suggested that Sweden need a new Spy-law in order to easier bring spies to justice and convict them. Seem unrelated doesn’t it? Yeah… sure…
Maybe harsher penalties and more money to certain agencies is the way to go? Certainly, but legislators will look to amend the law(s) and further deteriorate our civil liberties firstly. Stealing our money to hand it over to thugs that is supposed to monitor and find incriminating evidence against us is the icing of the cake, not the real point. The ever present threat towards and the intimidation of the public is the main priority.
Me, I am still looking for that place of tranquility far away from authorities and government spies roaming my computer.
Lately I’ve been thinking about Antarctica and setting up a colony in the middle of nowhere out on the ice. Space flight is too far away into the future and no Aliens will come and save us. Looking around the globe there’s really no place to hide. There are still deep jungles and the Ocean depths might do, but wouldn’t it be fun with setting up some tents on the South Pole?

Not easy I can tell you.
Will UN create a new department in order to limit online surfing? It is very likely. We’ve already heard about how they regard computers as energy devouring monsters. Also UN has many countries and people of totalitarian persuasion, many capable of unspeakable evil and bent on world domination.
So why wouldn’t such a story be true?
Health experts have called for a sugar tax as Swedes remain the highest global consumers of sweets, 30,000 - 60,000 children are so obese that they risk a premature death as a result of diabetes, cancer and heart attacks, some ‘researchers’ argue. And so they call to dramatically increase tax on sugary foodstuffs in order to curb high consumption.
This kind of “we know best” idiocy seems to be spitted out from asylums now and again. And this story is, sadly, most likely true.
What I am wondering is; what about imported candy? Will that be illegal soon? Will there be jail time for suger-smuggling? How about home grown suger? Will suger producers become hunted like drug cartels and terrorists soon? Maybe the US can invade Cuba on those premises? Probably get the UN on their side on that one. Trying to protect the world from evil suger communists seem like a very righteous cause, don’t you think?
We’re told what to eat, drink, smoke, think, do, drive, and work and millions of other things. All the time they are throwing ads at us, government health campaigns pour out every week, and it is all paid for by you.
They are so concerned for us that they need to steal our money and use it to tell us what to do, and if we don’t comply they will use more stolen money from us to punish us.
We live so insignificant lives on a little blue dot in the corner of one galaxy among billions. Our time of existence is so small that in the grand scheme of things that we’ve hardly existed at all. But during the fraction of time we live we’re constantly bullied around by ‘thinkers’, politicians and know-it-all righteous thugs.
Is a life under the thumb of these people really worth living? If they take away those comforts and joys that we have and deem them unhealthy, dangerous and slap anyone not obeying, what’s the point?
Drugs are fun, alcohol is great, tobacco brings joy, and we all love suger and fast food. To travel around the world bungy jumping, sleeping with a lot of people, drinking yourself senseless while nibbling on a hamburger and having a cigarette in your hand, that’s what I call living. So what if that increases your chance of getting cancer by 20% or if you gain a few pounds, at least you’ve lived.
I am fully aware that not all people want this or regard this as “life”. Some just want to be ‘healthy’, jogging each day only eating salad. Others want that normal family life, living in the suburb with a station wagon and two kids. Some scale mountains, others go to work with doctors without borders.
The interesting thing is that at any moment you can be dead. No matter who you are or were you live, you will die and it can be tomorrow. A truck can run you over, you can trip in the shower, a brain aneurism can strike while you’re sitting on the toilet, a madman can shoot you, a foreign power can attack with bombs or the lightening can hit you.
We’re mortals, we will die, and many of us will die long before it is ‘our time’.
Are restrictions, bans and hinders like taxation really the way to have a good life? And even if you or some researchers think so, why choose the same for all others? Isn’t each person’s own life more worth then being controlled by faceless bureaucrats?

We’re told what to eat, drink, smoke, think, do, drive, and work and millions of other things. All the time they are throwing ads at us, government health campaigns pour out every week, and it is all paid for by you.
They are so concerned for us that they need to steal our money and use it to tell us what to do, and if we don’t comply they will use more stolen money from us to punish us.
We live so insignificant lives on a little blue dot in the corner of one galaxy among billions. Our time of existence is so small that in the grand scheme of things that we’ve hardly existed at all. But during the fraction of time we live we’re constantly bullied around by ‘thinkers’, politicians and know-it-all righteous thugs.
Is a life under the thumb of these people really worth living? If they take away those comforts and joys that we have and deem them unhealthy, dangerous and slap anyone not obeying, what’s the point?
Drugs are fun, alcohol is great, tobacco brings joy, and we all love suger and fast food. To travel around the world bungy jumping, sleeping with a lot of people, drinking yourself senseless while nibbling on a hamburger and having a cigarette in your hand, that’s what I call living. So what if that increases your chance of getting cancer by 20% or if you gain a few pounds, at least you’ve lived.
I am fully aware that not all people want this or regard this as “life”. Some just want to be ‘healthy’, jogging each day only eating salad. Others want that normal family life, living in the suburb with a station wagon and two kids. Some scale mountains, others go to work with doctors without borders.
The interesting thing is that at any moment you can be dead. No matter who you are or were you live, you will die and it can be tomorrow. A truck can run you over, you can trip in the shower, a brain aneurism can strike while you’re sitting on the toilet, a madman can shoot you, a foreign power can attack with bombs or the lightening can hit you.
We’re mortals, we will die, and many of us will die long before it is ‘our time’.
Are restrictions, bans and hinders like taxation really the way to have a good life? And even if you or some researchers think so, why choose the same for all others? Isn’t each person’s own life more worth then being controlled by faceless bureaucrats?

Horrible figures from the US
As usual media is totally oblivious to what is going on. Why won’t they even try to check? It isn’t hard, some basic understanding of math and a couple of minutes to spare and you can see through the scam.
According to media two “good” news came out yesterday (2010-03-30) that lifted Wall Street.
The first was higher prices on housing. This isn’t good news, its horrible news, in fact it is the worst news we could get from across the Atlantic. Housing prices are still way, way over normal since the inflator policies started after the dot-com bubble burst.
There are three reasons for this. Firstly all the government scams with contributions thrown at house buyers. Secondly the banksters that continue to show profits when they in reality have totally defaulted. Their books have been cooked and banks are overvalued by somewhere around 30-40% if we look at the already crashed banks. They buy housing and real-estate from themselves to keep prices up and they continue to hand out loans to people that shouldn’t have ‘em. The third, and most ominous reason, is that those trillions freshly printed bills are finally hitting the market. This we don’t really know yet, but it is likely since it usually take 1-2 years before such inflation comes out on the market and they are starting to be due.
If the housing market were showing improvement and was healthy the prices would go down, way down.
The second “good news” was that confidence among U.S. consumers climbed in March as Americans perceived employment was starting to improve. This is a very convenient interpretation.
The Conference Board’s confidence index rose to 52.5, but the market's expectation was 55. And even though employment numbers have stopped falling so sharply, they are still going down. Down 23,000 in Mars early figures show. So how come people feel that the labor market is better? I would guess it is those government scams with tens of thousands of useless laborer doing useless tasks to hide the real numbers. Also, more and more citizens take themselves of the unemployment line, seemingly lowering the total amount when it in actuality gets higher.
And consumer spending, that make out around 70% of US GDP went up slightly, but since personal income is flat, and that's with the crazy government handouts, personal income is down for the second consecutive month (0.2% January and February), indicating that consumers are (again) spending money they don't have.
To conclude, nothing has changed. The bubbles are still there, real unemployment levels are still on depression heights, the system hasn’t been purged from toxic assets or derivatives, banks are still defaulting and debts continue to increase.
How in hell is this good news?

The Swedish ‘Alliance’ government has earmarked hundreds of millions of kronor for a hike in child benefits for families with several children, as well as investment in summer jobs for Sweden's youth. Summer schools will also receive a 20 million kronor boost in 2010.
What? It is election year? Who said that?
I was listening to the radio while driving too fast and ignoring all traffic signs, when the Prime Mentalist explained that Sweden could afford this (no we can’t) since we’ve been better than many others. So while other countries cut expenditures and raise taxes, Sweden’s leadership can throw money around. To my knowledge it’s only the UK, the Czech Republic and Sweden that has general elections in Europe this year…
But the mentalist in charge do have a slim point.
Sweden’s government has been horrible. Imposing a fascist control-grid, wasting money on useless projects, helping the central bank to increase inflation and build more bubbles in the economy, the torture of the young thingy is a hoot, and the totalitarian Minister of justice is just icing on the cake.
But they are still better than almost all else out there. Isn’t that special?

I want my Swede well-done please
A Swedish tourist has died after falling into the crater of an active volcano on the Indonesian island of Bali. The 25-year-old man slipped as he tried to peer into the crater on Wednesday after a dawn trek to the summit of Mount Batur. Apparently he was looking into the crater, slipped and fell 150 metres.
And since there wasn’t that much lava-flow at the site they are trying to recover the body. Should be quite a crispy corps otherwise.
The story doesn’t tell us if he was a virgin either. Chucking of a (female) virgin into the volcano is one of those popular movie stories and strange religions exists everywhere so one never knows.
A reason as good as any to deflower virgins.
Anyway, I cannot help myself laughing while reading a story like this. That probably means I will get killed by a plastic spoon or slip on a banana and break my neck in the future, but I cannot help it. The next excuse
The first step in the defending-the-totalitarian-justice-minister case was to diminish what she says and does. It wasn’t so bad, not really, fascist yes, but a nice one.
And it was taken out of context; we have all gotto realize that sitting in a seminar for which the Minister, who has been in politics her whole life, had many days to prepare for, well, then it is very easy to utter totalitarian opinions. Of course taking six days to come up with a very lame excuse that she later withdrew referring to the general election is very reasonable.
Also, she loves innocent children so much that she will force them into submission, strap them down, and while they are crying and protesting the ministers caring personality make her put needles into their tiny bodies and force them to pee in a coup. All being done while the parents know nothing about it and under the suspicion of somethingsomething (very vague).
After that we learned that it was the colors of envelops the minister wanted to send to suspected and innocent people that had upset a whole country. Yes, sure, indeed.
Now the next spin from the doctors at media has arrived. How can anyone think that our Minister of Justice wants to bring us unto a football field and shot us? Do bloggers really think that the minister is evil incarnate and has plans for neck-shots, Gulag camps and torture chambers?
Sort of implying that we’re overdoing it and taking it too far.
Of course the journalist whores do have a point. Many have taken it too far, at least in contrast to the old media and mainstream pundits. I’m guilty for that offence myself.
However, if we hadn’t, the Justice Ministers transgressions would have gone by pretty much unnoticed. Her totalitarian views had been buried very quickly and yet another nail in the coffin containing justice, fairness, democracy, integrity and freedom would have been hammered in without anyone complaining.
For a couple of years now Sweden has very rapidly been turning into an Orwellian nightmare. The acronyms are very well-known; FRA, IPRED, ACTA - just to mention a few. Everything we do, all communication whether it is by phone or online activities is recorded, saved and acted upon by authorities. Cameras are popping up everywhere; seemingly Britain is the country to follow. Private companies have police authority and can storm your home without a warrant and steal all your appliances.
The Justice Minister have been behind and involved in all of this, so when she says she wants to play dominatrix and brutally abuse our children and then utters the most chilling sentences ever said by a Swedish minister, of course people will lose it.
The only surprise so far is that people are still very calm about all this. They should be out burning down public buildings and storming the Bastille. That’s the reaction we should be seeing.
But to me the most frightening thing in this entire story is how little media reacts. A few independent journalists have been saying the minister has gone too far, but mostly they’ve come to her aid. Supporting her saying that; okay it was stupidly said by the minister, but let’s move on...
For me you cannot see the sentences and opinions uttered by our JUSTICE MINISTER by itself. It has to be put in a context. By itself it is bad enough, she should resign, get sacked or, preferably, get rolled in tar and feathers and get thrown out of the country. But if we look at what has been going on lately and if we put her totalitarian views together with the torture of children and the STASI-like society being built, it gets a lot worse.
Her opinions, that she obviously has - it wasn’t a fluke or a drunken spat – is yet another symptom of where we are heading. Our future looks very grim and if we let Ministers get away with crap like this, we’re heading for a horrendous society very fast.
And no, I don’t think the opposition will change things. If they do, it will be for the worse.
This is about preserving our last freedoms, our last remaining democratic rights. So even if none of us actually thinks the Minister in question have the genocide-genome, her statements and the general actions of the powers that be is certainly leading in that fascist direction.
Shouldn’t we speak up? Are we to shut up and bend over? Is that what journalists want? Are they really that pissed at alternative news and blogs that they rather see a totalitarian state then have ordinary citizens take their jobs away?

You’re an idiot and we need fascism
Humans are too stupid to prevent climate change from radically impacting on our lives over the coming decades. This is the stark conclusion of James Lovelock, the environmental non-thinker and independent pseudo scientist who, with his asylum thinking, developed the Gaia hypothesis.
"I don't think we're yet evolved to the point where we're clever enough to handle a complex a situation as climate change," said Lovelock and continued: “One of the main obstructions to meaningful action is ‘modern democracy’. Even the best democracies agree that when a major war approaches, democracy must be put on hold for the time being. I have a feeling that climate change may be an issue as severe as a war. It may be necessary to put democracy on hold for a while."
There you go. Our governments, the overpaid science clubs and the UN know what’s best for us. If we do not listen to the Church of Climatology it is necessary to eliminate democracy since this is a ‘war’ for climate.
And we all know what usually happens to heretics, don’t we?

The American Food and Drug Administration’s Tobacco Products Scientific Advisory Committee will meet March 30 and 31 in Washington, D.C. to discuss background information about menthol cigarettes that could end up in a future report by the secretary of Health and Human Services.
Specifically, the panel will examine the use of menthol cigarettes among African Americans, and the potential health effects of the flavored smokes over regular cigarettes. Not too strange since The Congressional Black Caucus have been calling for changes to the House tobacco-regulation, demanding that the legislation place restrictions on menthol cigarettes, the type heavily favored by African-American smokers.
This is of course a very offensive bit of government paternalism. African-Americans need to be saved from themselves.
Remember how marijuana got to be illegal in the US? It was the horrible Negroes roaming the countryside, stoned beyond belief, raping white women and committing crimes that created that legislation. It would seem like that sort of racism lives on.
This anti-smoking crusade is as stupid as the war on drugs or the prohibition period. People know today that they get cancer, lower lung capacity and yellow teeth.
But of course the made-up enemies never stop coming. Now it seems like the Brits have found a new enemy…
From the ever qualitative Daily Mail we learn that Junk food 'is as addictive as heroin and cigarettes'. Yapp, apparently sausages, bacon and cheesecake are highly addictive and that once you've tasted them you will be craving them forever.
I wonder if people of color are in the crosshairs on this one too. Probably since people of African and Indian decent seem to be overrepresented within the fast food industry.

The government, which faces a general election in September, said 417 billion of the spending would come from central government finances with the remainder from the European Union and local government coffers.
Isn’t this interesting? They already have a deficit and sky-high debts, but that’s not enough, they need to steal more money from the private sector to build their monuments to a higher price and with lower efficiency than the alternative. This is true socialist planning and if you ever wanted confirmation that the current Swedish government loath capitalism, this is it.
Don’t get me wrong, if they necessarily need to waste money, infrastructure is one of the least wasteful projects. It helps trade along, communication gets better and you often get a good trickledown effect. I prefer this before departments doing whatnot and their usual projects, but that’s not what this is about. Arctic Summit sucks icicles
The Arctic Summit being held outside Ottawa. Iceland, a member of the international Arctic Council, has been left out of the talks, and has already voiced its annoyance over the snub. Sweden and Finland, members of the International Arctic Council, are also absent.
The European Union was recently blocked by Canada and others from gaining even "observer" status. The Inuit, who will have to live with the consequences of any new government policies, and other aboriginal groups, are also irritated by their exclusion.
The talks were supposed to be informal with discussions on how to explore "new thinking on economic development and environmental protection" in the polar region.
The Arctic Summit is being held just ahead of a two-day meeting of G8 foreign ministers, and one cannot help thinking there’s a thought behind this. When politicians meet beforehand and exclude certain others it usually means that deals are being made, shadowy policies drawn and some sort of consensus reached in order to have a unified voice in some following preceding.
Expedited investments in northern infrastructure by all five Arctic nations have been in the works for a long time as they prepare for increased activity in the region, including tourism, oil and gas exploration and trans-Arctic shipping.
Whenever there are resources up for grabs there will be a power struggle and while our economic calamities continues I see no reason why the elitists will not look for new areas to exploit, so the Arctic probably looks like a tasty buffet.
In other words this seemingly harmless exclusion and talks may actually be a prelude to something more sinister and serious.
The best thing that could be done here is to let the market buy and sell Arctic as it wishes. When government gets involved you know that they will screw it all up.
The European Union was recently blocked by Canada and others from gaining even "observer" status. The Inuit, who will have to live with the consequences of any new government policies, and other aboriginal groups, are also irritated by their exclusion.
The talks were supposed to be informal with discussions on how to explore "new thinking on economic development and environmental protection" in the polar region.
The Arctic Summit is being held just ahead of a two-day meeting of G8 foreign ministers, and one cannot help thinking there’s a thought behind this. When politicians meet beforehand and exclude certain others it usually means that deals are being made, shadowy policies drawn and some sort of consensus reached in order to have a unified voice in some following preceding.
Expedited investments in northern infrastructure by all five Arctic nations have been in the works for a long time as they prepare for increased activity in the region, including tourism, oil and gas exploration and trans-Arctic shipping.

Mexican government murders children
Ten students on their way to receive government scholarships were killed by gunmen at a checkpoint in the state of Durango, Mexico. The dead included three girls, ages 8, 11 and 13; the rest were teens except for the eldest, who was 21. Four of the dead were siblings.
Parts of Durango have fallen under the sway of drug-running gunmen called the Zetas, who are battling for control of market and distribution routes. Interior Minister Fernando Gomez Mont, said the kids were "cowardly murdered" by criminal gangs.
How right he is, but the real criminal gang is the one he himself belongs to.
The senseless anti-drug policies of America and Mexico rages onward leading to more deaths and more suffering, all curtsey of the government. The fact is that it is the laws that create the problems, not the mafia.
If the Mexican government (and any other on this planet) really wanted people to be safe, really wanted less dying from overdoses and gang wars, they would legalize all drugs. If they did, we would see; in an instance, that the vast majority of all income to criminal organization would disappear, people that really want drugs could suddenly buy them at supermarkets, cheaper, cleaner and much healthier. All the crimes being committed each day in the hunt for money and drugs would vanish almost completely. Terrorist groups everywhere would lose most of their income and the world would be a safer, better and freer place.
This is very simple folks, it has been tried thousands of times by virtually every government throughout history, and it has always, without exception, failed. Do you know what Einstein called the very essence of insanity? He said that insanity is: “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.
The Americans tried to outlaw drinking, it gave birth to the Mafia and, of course, people drank like they never did before or since. Even the communists in the Soviet Union tried it under the rule of that funny man Stalin, they failed miserably. If a totalitarian regime with close to total control of the populace with the threat of getting shot or moved to Gulag couldn’t stop people from taking drugs, why the hell does anyone think it ever can be done?
It can’t.
They will always fail because of two very simple facts.
Fact 1:
People want to take drugs. It can be alcohol, cocaine or smelling a pair of old socks, but people will do it. Always have, and always will. No matter the religion, no matter the regime or the penalty. And if some drug becomes hard to get to, for whatever reason, they just move on to the next.
Fact 2:
The more ruthless the punishment, the higher the risk becomes - and so the higher the profits and gains. And if the police get one or two thugs of the street, it only means that the profits grow for the ones left hence an open invitation for new competitors that will try to get some of that money. Close down one drug-factory and two others emerge. If the government successfully shut down one gang, there will be another one, or two.
Do you know why they still try it and why the propaganda machine with the spin-doctors still sells us this con? Because of control and power. The government gets a purpose, to fight crime. They get an incentive to take taxes to pay for this scheme. And you, the people, are scared, and where do you turn? To the very people that created the mess in the first place, the biggest criminals, the elected frauds of your government.
Since the Mexican government stepped up their useless and unwinnable war close to 20,000 people have died. Journalists and the government blame the drug lords and their underlings, but as said, the blood of those people lay on the hands of the Mexican authorities.
Either legalize all drugs and let people make their own choices or many thousands more will die. And we all know what path the insane will take so get used to these kinds of reports, they will never stop coming as long as the government is allowed to continue.

The Swedish Prime Minister had some talks with Xi Jinping, vice President of the People's Republic of China. During these talks (that most likely was about Volvo and their common Church – the Church of Climatology) the totalitarian cartoonish Swede is said to have brought up basic human rights (*giggle*) and how internet should be free from censorship… haha…
I’m sorry, I cannot help myself. This is so funny. In actuality the Chinese have a lot to learn from Sweden’s control-grid. Maybe the Prime Minister talked about selling our surveillance equipment? That wouldn’t surprise.
I know the Chinese dictatorship is more direct in their approach and the totalitarian oppression is more open and worse than that of Sweden, but at least the Chinese can take comfort in that their kids don’t get snatched up by government thugs forcing needles into them and binding down so they can pee in a coup against their and their parents will.
Also, I don’t think we’ll ever hear a Chinese official SAY that people are guilty before found innocent. They have such policies, am sure, but they know better than to admit it, something that, for instance, Sweden’s Justice Minister doesn’t know…
Anyway, I need to say thanks to the Swedish head-boy, got a very good laugh out of this one.
And to make the story even funnier, the Swedish tax payers are now going to pay for a $4 million anti-corruption agency in China.
