Piggy Flu strikes again

Anyone else noticed that the fear mongering psychos we call “journalists” almost stopped writing and reporting about the Hog Flu for a while? In the beginning there was hardly anything, then some “alarming rapports” from Mexico about 120 or so dead, apparently all of them healthy people and that got things rolling. Everyday we could read about scared people – scared people tend to scare other people – the news was filled with pictures of “scientists” wearing science fiction outfits roaming around lifting plastic covers (oh no!? dead people!?) and every day the statistic kept ticking away showing us number of infected increasing for every minute. People cancelled vacations; every little sniffle became “Swine Flu!” at offices around the glob – sometimes as a joke, sometimes out of fear. Then suddenly it eased off, slowly, but surely, the newsworthiness with the story died out. Mainly because bloggers, some real scientist and the few journalists that actually do their job realized that this wasn’t so scary. The death rate for Swiney Flu worldwide is now down at 0,45% (0,1% in UK) which is less than normal flu, and the numbers keeps going down. And people started to understand the same. Even headless baboons with IQ equivalent to their number of toes (=public employees) got it; this is not really dangerous.

But now: It is back, with a vengeance! Swine Flu II – the sequel.

WHO kept upping their stupid level throughout, even when interest died somewhat, and then some child/s dies, and then some government want to force people to take vaccinations. And then comes the next alarming report that this is during summer, the flu season don’t start until the autumn!! Oh noooo… all of a sudden millions, tens of millions of people might get infected, already this year, and the headlines are back. Again the news are filled with pictures of people having flu that might be dying, one even died somewhere, and one over there and two over there, and our bellowed journalists are back on track! Films and pictures are cabled out showing a woman looking tired at a hospital, some athletes get the disease and are interviewed, and, of course, the white masks and the - supposedly - “scientists” in their outfits are back on the front page.

Cry wolf? Anyone?

According to some numbers I stole from another blogger (have not confirmed if they authentic) the number of deaths from flu this year is actually pretty low. We have not even climbed over 100 000 dead so far with more then half the year gone. The total number of dead from flu each year worldwide varies between 400 000-700 000. So far the Pink fluffy flu – That, according to journalists; is the deadliest of all flues – has, by WHO (6 July 2009 09:00 GMT) statistics “massacred” a whopping 429 people out of 94512 infected, scary hu? And this is during around 4 months. That this year is a mild flu year is confirmed by the American Centres for Disease Control (CDC) that recently published surveillance data that reveals that this year the total influenza cases have been below seasonal baseline. In contrast to all of the flu panic, this year has been a mild year for influenzas of all types. You never heard that on the news, I wonder why…

Some people claim that even if this flu is not that dangerous now; this virus can mutate. No way? Really? That has never happen before... Of course it is going to mutate, we already know it will, it has done so before. Maybe the next strain will kill billions or no one at all, this we don’t know. But this Boar Flu that we are dealing with now is not even remotely dangerous. You stand a bigger risk of getting killed every time you sit in a car and every day you spend within the confines of your home is far more likely to lead to your demise than any flu. Journalists writing crap and scaring people about this without checking the facts should be ashamed. Instead journalists should learn basic math and check out the economy, now that is something to we should be afraid for.

I will not let any butchers put a vaccination shot in my body, but the swine flu, that’s fine. A harmless flu my body can tackle and handle - my immune system could use the workout. Some vaccination that might help today but not tomorrow is pretty useless.

The Pork Chop Flu, however, is very hilarious stuff. Seldom have my point about people being useless morons been more accurately proven. People in general are so dumb, so stupid, and so moronic and this is what really scares me. Watch out people, the depression is coming, take a bacon and ham sandwich and be afraid of our future instead.

  1. There have already been cases in Sweden, and why not? It is the flu, not certain death. I have had flu two times in my life and even if it is never fun to be sick, a flu is a flu, not the end of the world.

We will soon se the first Swedish person die (yes this will happen) and again the headlines in that country will be about death and mayHAM. Just relax and go out and demonstrate against the enemy class having a meeting in Stockholm instead, much better use of your time than worry about some harmless flu.

  3. Well I don't really buy into that NWO crap even if there also is some truth behind those notions. I see no point in governments trying to limit the growth among the populace, not that I give much rational thoughts to the enemy class, but that part of the NWO-conspiracy theory feels a bit over the top. And to quote some mad scientist that happened to have some distant ties to the Obama administration as “proof” does not do it for me. I’m not completely ruling it out because everything seems to be possible in this day and age, but I find it highly unlikely.

And these postings are not really argumentative hence I normally delete those, but I let them be since they contribute to the debate. Curses, calling me idiot, praising my fabulous insights or argument of all sorts are welcome, advertising and pointless links are not. Please remember this because next time I will delete ‘em.
