Let me break this down to all you idiots out there. In order to gain weight, you need to eat more energy than you lose. In order to lose weight you need to do away with more energy than you eat. This goes for everything you can eat so yes, you can get fat on bananas, apples and kiwis if you eat hundreds of them and do nothing during the day except lay perfectly still in bed hardly wiggling your toes. And you can get thinner living on pizza and hamburgers and going out party every night as long as you work out several times a day.
1+1=2
And
2-1=1
Got it?
Now stop buying newspapers that is writing crap about diets and food and/or send them this URL so journalists also can understand basic fact.
Shit viken loser du verkar vara
ReplyDeleteThanks! :)
ReplyDeleteEverybody knows its all about burning more calories then you eat. But people are lazy, stupid and undisciplined and therefore turn to the papers for easy and fast results.
ReplyDeleteFurthermore I have no sympathy for these people and see them as the weakest link in our society, FAT people that is.
Actually, it's just not that simple. First of all, genetics play a role. Some people simply put on fat more easily than other.
ReplyDeleteSecond, there is a difference in how various energy sources affect the body, and how the body handles them.
Fat, for instance, ets broken down and absorbed into the body much slower than carbs. And even in sugar there is a difference. A recent study (apparently published in "Journal of Clinical Investigation)" with two groups each getting the same amount of calories, but divided in different ammounts of fructose and glucose, showed that the group that ot more fructose ot fatter than the other group.
I do however agree on that it is a subject full of dogmas, and it's often hard to separate fact from fiction.
But i think your you are taking the easy way out, and thus wonder why you bother writing about it in the first place. Read more.

ReplyDeleteYes this is true, but it still doesn’t change what I wrote or the fact about weight-gain or -loss.

Why should anyone read more about something that is completely 100% obvious and is not open for any kind of interpretations or subject opinions? The fact is the fact. The only thing one needs to “read” about or rather learn is how to apply this to one self. People are different and consequently some people need to exercise more, some eat less or different. It kind of depends, but the basic truth doesn’t change.

ReplyDeleteYes! So true. Especially if you wake up with 200lb excess bellyfat. But ofcourse, the average moron wont get educated and do something about thier overweight. I would'nt mind obeese people if it wasnt for the fact that they arent contributing enough to society and are much more inefficient in their work then healthy people.
