Pirate = fascist ?

I’m not sure if this is accurate, but according to an interview and the bias journalists at Svenska Dagbladet (SvD), Amelia Andersdotter, number 2 (pun intended) at the Pirate party list to the European Parliament is saying she will donate large sum of her potential MEP salary to Ordfront (a semi-fascist publishing agency), to Amnesty (nowadays a safe heaven for communistic propaganda) and to the oh so lovely organisation Attac, you know, the people who loves to spread poverty and hates things like freedom of choice. Pretty much the same conglomerate of enemies the Piratebay and the Pirate Party claims to be against. This is not really surprising and if lazy journalists dig some more they probably find a lot of other anti-democratic forces within the Pirate’s mists. This is why I do vote for them. You cannot vote for a potential fascist movement in order to fight fascism, that is just stupid. Well, to be fair, I do not vote at all, but still, you get the idea.

  1. Pirate = Fascist?, you say that like it's a bad thing to be either or both for that matter. Jokes aside you base the assumption that she could be a fascist becuse she would donate to Ordfront förlag, well communist is a term that could be better applied to Ordfront, though i'm sure most of them would prefer Socialist, my term of choice would be "rabid leftist lunatics"

  2. -ism everywhere. Who cares if they have brown or black or red shirts? It is basically the same anti-individual crap. And no, it is not Ordfront I base that on, but rather the whole deal with all of them; Attac is pretty much a pure and open fascist movement.

  3. Well there Fascism is a political ideology based on corporatist economy and authoritarian nationalistic state rule, quite a leap from Attac that are an organisation fighting to impose a tax on foreign exchange transactions and to promote "sustainable globalisation". Just calling something or someone fascist doesn't mean they are fascist.

  4. Well, fascism includes a lot of things, among them protectionism and anti-globalisation which they have incommen with Attac hence Attac in this regard are openly fascist.

    Although Attac do not promote all the economical and political aspects of fascism directly, they do however incorporate many members that do.

    And in the end, as I said, -ism are everywhere. I do not care if the -ism that kills me is waving red or black flags. Do you?

  5. Well as a linguist I care about proper language use, as a liberal I take care in knowing as much as I can about those people and organisations that want to limit liberty in all forms and well I would care about what flag they are waving when they break down my door as I would hate do be done in by bolsheviks, as they constantly get away with murder on a far grander scale then the brown and black shirted bastards.

  6. Linguistics has very little to do with definitions ;) but you go ahead waste your time learning what I did a long time ago; it is the same stupidity. Maybe one can say they are all collectivistic movements or if one makes use of the collective word "socialism" might also work. However, I do not care if it is the police representing the current Swedish left-government or some communists that kill me. The end result is the same.
